I liked that Mumbai University hosts many events
They give attention to the attendance of students
The faculty is supportive and they help students

Dislikes

Mumbai University has a lot of problems when it comes to paper checking
They take a lot of time for every process
They are not upgraded and don't think from students pov

Course Curriculum Overview

Curriculum is not at all practical based it's full theory based and also the sem ends in 3 or 4 months so we just give exams we don't gain any sort of knowledge about the subjects and exams are more in number which is fine and help in preparation

Class Size: 100Course Fees: INR 600000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Internships were to be found by us but also the college faculties helped us alot in finding good internship opportunities and gave us good advice in order to how to talk and complete the tasks while internships

Fees and Financial Aid

In first year the fees was 130000 and gradually it increased till final year it was 150000 and the government scholarship were available like ebc which helped students to reduce the fees and get some amount back

Campus Life

The social groups,clubs and everything was really good there were a lot of events held in our campus and outside the campus as well various webinars were held as well as cultural weeks sports week along with annual function

Admission

I wanted to go in mumbai university from the start as I have been in mumbai since so many years so I thought opting for mumbai university is a good Idea and to some extent it was but some things were really disappointing

Faculty

Faculty is good but there are lot of faculties who never think about students at the time of paper checking and the course curriculum is only theory based no practical knowledge is given importance. Education system should change and people must provide more practical knowledge to students

Placement Experience:

l applied to other colleges like VJTI and Sardar Patel but got admission only at GVAIET. I chose GVAIET because of good faculty, updated syllabus, and better placements. It was a simple process for me ,I applied in online format. Everything was in online mode so the only issues I faced was server was not working properly.
