Course Curriculum Overview
The timing of exams is not very difficult and this course is very helpful in the real world as I would become a lawyer and after working with someone for some time I could gain experience and start my own practice or go to uk to practice law as they also follow the same law as we do in India. I can also give a judicial test or UPSE.
Internships Opportunities
As I said it's my first month in GNDU and internships in law don't come from companies the students are sent to district courts to work with judges and government lawyers so that they could get more understanding.
Placement Experience
My plans after getting the degree are to either become a judge or go to the UK. I don't really have that much knowledge of placement but I do know that some of the seniors have aced the judicial test and become judges and it's my first month in GNDU I don't really know which companies came to visit.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees of the course in Gndu is very low comparatively to the other universities and colleges of Amritsar the first semester was 47000 and the second would be half of this I think. Last month there was a protest for decreasing the fees and the university dean said that they would think about that and would put a committee together so the fees maybe even more reduced in the future.
Campus Life
In GNDU, every festival is celebrated and in a few weeks, the youth festival is also gonna start. I'm from the law department so we really don't need any technology there and there are clubs to join and social groups and etc etc
Admission
The other colleges were a bit expensive and not great as GNDU. Teachers here are very much better than other college teachers and the atmosphere of GNDU is also very much better and all the students are from good backgrounds and the ambience of GNDU is very lovely too
Faculty
The faculty members are very helpful and understanding. The teachers are very smart and explain every point literally twice or thrice. The exams are in 2 parts one is MST of 20 marks and then end semester of 80 marks. In total of 100 marks,in end semester there would be 8 questions of 16 marks and we have to do 5 of them from 4 sections
Other Applied Colleges
