Faculties are very supportive they help a lot
Events organising such as annual function (kaushlam) and sports
The campus is good there is garden and canteen.

Structures are very old as it was built in 1964
The maintainance of room and washroom is poor

I chose mining engineering branch as career because in this branch the cutoff is low in gate exam and the syllabus of this branch is easy as compared to other. According to your interest you choose the branches.

There are many companies that come in this college to hire the skilled students the companies that come are such as Balco, wipro ,tcs, infosys and many moree. Almost 70% students got the internships in cs.

The placement of this college is average. From 5th or 7th semester the student become eligible for the campus placement the highest package was 30 lakh per annum and the average package is 3-5 lakh per annum

The year wise fees- 18000 Other fees(tuition fees, caution fees, regristration fees,development fees,lab fees)-2175 Admission fees-3175 Scholarship name- Chattisgarh postmatric scholarship for obc/st/sc. Obc scholarship amount-28000 for hostellers and 25000 for day scholars. St/sc scholarship amount-32000 for hostellers and 28000 for non hostellers.

Campus Life

The availability of the books and journals in the library is free of cost. the class is full of modern technolgy such as smart board, projector. Here the sports are occurs annually there is an nss group in our college

Admission

This is best college for minning engineering in chhattisgarh as compared to other college. In my preference list this college was in the first and i got mining branch. If you get 52 and above will get this branch.

Faculty

The faculty of the college are very supportive and they help a lot in the time of difficulty. In this there is semester wise exam are there. The exam systems are good in this college and marking scheme is average.

Truth about NIT Raipur

Placement Experience:

Placement scenario is so good as per the stats . Like students are eligible for placements from there 7th sem . No. Of companies visited is around 200 (guess). Offers made 600(guess) . Highest package is 65 lpa , and average package is 9 lpa there are major two roles one is core engineering get role and other is non core data analyst role . 86 % students are placed last year . My plan is to get good placements from college itself and then after experience I will go for MBA or higher studies .

GEC Bilaspur Review from the side of the student.

I wanted to take admission in this college only, I didn't have any other college in my mind I already knew about the college and had some of my uncle's who are alumni of this college. To take admission in GEC Bilaspur you have to pass your 12th with 45% and have to give CGPET exam and score good rank to get a seat here.
