01 Nov, 2025 JEE Main 2026 Session 1 Registration has started for B.E/ B.Tech/ B.Arch/ B.Plan admission. Aspirants can register @jeemain.nta.nic.in till Nov 27, 2025 (9 PM). JEE Main 2026 Session 1 will be held from Jan 21 to 30, 2026. For more details, check here.

Shri Shankaracharya Technical Campus, established in 1999, is approved by AICTE and is accredited with grade ‘A’ from NAAC. The institute offers Bachelor and Master courses in engineering, management and pharmaceutical disciplines. Admission to the B.Tech course is based on the score obtained by candidates in the PET or JEE Main whereas admission to M.Tech course is based on the GATE score.

The Institute has tie-ups with 70+ corporates for placement assistance. The placement percentage for the 2019 batch at SSTC was 72.4%. The highest package offered at Shri Shankaracharya Technical Campus was 12.02 LPA. On an average, students of SSTC get a package of 4.23 LPA.

Accreditation: Shri Shankaracharya Technical Campus is accredited with an ‘A’ grade by NAAC and it is also received accreditation from NBA
Ranking: In India today ranking SSTC is ranked under 100 in terms of best colleges in India.
Entrance Exams: For MBA, candidates need to appear for CMAT/ CAT/ MAT entrance exams.
Placement: In 2018-19, 92 companies visited the campus and 640 students got placed while in 2017-18 and 2016-17, 79 and 63 companies visited the campus in which 628 and 623 students got placed respectively.

Also each of them are very supportive and friendly, they teach in a very effective manner and also guide us regarding various internships and courses..
Placement opportunities: sstc has a very good placement record. many students get placed in top companies right after graduation.
The rooms and the foods of college hostel is better we can also say that it is value for money the annual fees of hostel is 70000

Dislikes

Hostel facility is not so good the food in the hostel is average the cleaning facility is also poor the room are good for first year students.
The third thing i didn't like about my college is the account section staff. they are always irritated and angry. they doesn't behave properly with students

The gender ratio of the college is seems to be ok ok.
Admin block is too good. It's the preface of the college so it is well maintained.
The area near the canteen and area of canteen is good

Dislikes

Classroom is not cleaned.i mean the classroom just have lots of dust.
Washroom are also not that much hygienic it's little bit dirty.

Admission:

I chose this college as this college is one of the most famous college in the state . I had also applied for BIT DURG but unfortunately I didn't get the branch I want there and luckily got that branch in this college. The admission process is very easy once the councelling is done the admission department of the college direct contact to you if you are selected in this college.

I applied in this college only and i confirmed here I thing this is one of the best college in bhilai and affordable also that's why i choose these college over other colleges this college has easy admission process I'm not applied in any other colleges The admission process of our college is very good and easy the eligibility for graduation is 12th pass and for post graduation. graduation in any stream required. i like the admission process of sstc and fees are affordable also For normal graduation there is no admission exam in these college

There is a scope to raise funds there if we have any startup idea.

so as i was intrested in software industry soo i decided to go for computer application degree that could help me forwad to perform programs easily.i choose this college for some many reasons such that this college provides good knowledge in compare to another college of my state . This college is eco-friendly for our perception and also very affordable for middle class family who study higher degree . Admission process of my college is simple as others college so first we need to fill the form then wait for counseling and then check their your name which branch you got in counselling. Our college take CGPET and JEE mains bases exams are accepted here.

Collage is well maintained and clean and computers are there
Collage has his own wifi and it has good speed for study

My first preference was bit durg which I can't get from cgpet but after bit when I research more about this college I found the degree which I get from the is same as bit both college give csvtu degree and I like the facilities of these college .I reject from but because I cannot score marks to get admission in it . admission process is you have to give cgpet examination or jee , passed 12 with 60 percentage. 2024 cutoff was 60 -70 for btech cse in sstc
