Welcome Fest, Diwali Party and Holi Party speciffically for the department students. Youth Festival fr9om september to november in a zonal level festival in the university open to all the universities at the zonal level and Jashan is the competitive fest for all the departments of the university. more than 10000 journals, 40000 plus e books and common library that has books for all the subjects and a few departmnets having their personal libraries as well GNDU is known for availablity and encouragement to sports; offers all the sports on campus with professional coaches student run clubs- food and fitness club, literary club, science club, fine arts club, dance club, music club, gndu talkies, drama club, go green club and photography club

GGSIPU, CCA and GNDU were the colleges i applied for. CCA had a high cutoff for outside chandigarh students. GGSIPU- got selected in USAP but the counszelling happened in late september when i was already enrolled in GNDU and also gave the minor exams GNDU- merit based couselling on the NATA scores accepted exams were JEE PAPER 2 and NATA. cutoff was around 65 as an aggregate score combining both nata and 12 th marks

one single batch of 80 students is divided into two sections and each section is alloted two teachers for each subject making the ratio equivalent to 1:20. the design and construction faculties are really experienced and know greatly about the industry working we have semester system with around 10 subjects in the first year and examination for all the subjects in end sem and during mid sem we have exams for only theory subjects.
