Course Curriculum Overview

This professional course based on semester type examination that is the best process under MAKAUT university. There are having an economic course fee structure that is 305100/- in Two years for Post-Graduation degree. After completing a bachelor degree I have given the PGET entrance examination. Thereafter I have allotted in this college through counseling. After this counselling, I have taken admission in Post-Graduation course of Pharmacology in 2018.

Placement Experience

Company for placement:- Cipla, GSK, Nestle. Dr. Lal path lab, U.S tech solution, Biological E-cell, Cognizant. I have taken my 3000/- scholarships for PGET qualification in this postgraduation course.

College Events

Awesome College annual fest started from the year of 2016 by our respected seniors. Apart from that annual sports celebrated throughout previous years. Pre-puja and post-puja celebration.Freshers Party celebration.Farewell party celebration. Apart from these enjoyment festival college have organized some scientific programme also like National And International seminar.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees is feasible as compared to other colleges. The fees is 305100/- for 2years Post-graduation Degree course.

Admission

I have completed my diploma and bachelor degree course under proper guidance in the year of 2015 & 2018. After completing a bachelor degree I have given the PGET entrance examination. Thereafter I have allotted in this college through counseling. After this counselling, I have taken admission in Post-Graduation course of Pharmacology in 2018.

Faculty

Individual faculty evaluation is not properly dignified. There are having some qualified respected faculties. I have completed my Bachelor course under the mentor-ship of Respected Asst.Prof. Mrs. Priyanka Ray. I have taken admission in pharmacy course after the proper suggestion given by Respected Dr. Jaydip Ray. Now I am pursuing my post graduation degree under the proper guidance of Respected Mr. Samrat Bose & Respected Mr. Dipanjan Mondal.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Pharmacognosy stream has not been too much saturated yet. So job opportunity is very high. The teachers play huge role in placement in the industrial field as well as in the academic profession. They arrange seminars for students to make them aware about the reality of the world. Exams are taken as per PCI curriculum and the difficulty level is medium.

Pharmacy education in my college

Remarks:

Positive-too good to learn and in hand experience Negative-some faculties are not too good to teach and some systems are not good in the college like only one placement i.e. if you attend one placementor one company interview and get the job you can not attend the other one.

Remarks:

Overall its a very excellent college. Must prefer for medical students. I secured a rank within top 100 in WBJEE to qualify for entry into this medical college. Since this is the topmost college, all other options were open to me.

I have applied for institute of genetic engineering for the same course BSc genetics but I to admission in Guru Nanak institute of pharmaceutical sciences because they are the only other colleges in West Bengal who provides BSc genetics as their course and I choose this college because this is under GIS group and this is well known in West Bengal. I did not get any rejection from the other colleges I applied.
