Remarks

The admission process is too simple, not lengthy. It takes 1 hour for the full process. I Visited there with my original documents and their 2 copy xeroxes each. And last, of my Admission, I take Admission receipt from the office.

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose d.pharm for my career opportunities. Jis choosing for their good campus. Their teaching methods are good also. The faculty is good. We take online classes in this pandemic situation. The number of students is in our college is 60.

Internships Opportunities

1mg, lilly, zudus, apello like medicine companys visit during the internship. I have worked on many important projects throughout my career. What's really crucial for me when starting one is to get very clear on the goals right at the start and then create a plan with milestones. I also like dealing with the most difficult parts of the projects early on that way in case there are any significant issues, I'll still have a nice amount of time to complete before the deadline.

Placement Experience

From the 2nd and final semesters, students become eligible for campus placements. Many companies visit our college during campusing. 80 % of students get placement last year. In future, I want to complete BPharm after completing my D.pharma course.

Fees and Financial Aid

Our total Fee is- 162000 rs. We pay them semester wise. 1st semester fees-55600 rs. I apply for svmcm scholarship after completing my 12th class. Also, there have student card features. Fees can pay online also.

Campus Life

We have 2 numbers WhatsApp groups for contact with our teachers and students. Also, have a student id to visit gnipst website. We get books from our library. But for this pandemic situation, we get only some ppt and lecture videos now.

Placement Experience:

After completion of 1st-year students will eligible for campus placements. They are about 3 or 4 companies directly recruiting for their jobs from final year students. And you are going through various other exams for better private or government services. Almost 50% of students are getting their first opportunity from this direct recruitment. The package will vary from 15000-25000 per month according to their interview and their merits. I will go for bachelor's degree according to my dreams. So it's never a bad deal I think so.

I have applied for institute of genetic engineering for the same course BSc genetics but I to admission in Guru Nanak institute of pharmaceutical sciences because they are the only other colleges in West Bengal who provides BSc genetics as their course and I choose this college because this is under GIS group and this is well known in West Bengal. I did not get any rejection from the other colleges I applied.
