Remarks

Passed higher secondary with minimum 55% in Science. I find the course from the college website. Application fees Rs 500/-. There are available of reservation quota. I think the whole admission process is good. As my opinion no improvement needed.

Course Curriculum Overview

At first i choose the course for Pharmacy registration certificate. And this the best field than other General course. The ratio of teachers and students about 5:1. The faculty stuff are well developed. Yearly exam held there and the exam are little tough.

Internships Opportunities

Internship start from last year. The companies which I mentioned before, give opportunities. The roles are mainly in industry work. Like formulation packaging etc. They also provide a satisfactory amount stipend.

Placement Experience

The placement are very good in this college. From the last semester the placement start. Students are allowed to this placement , which have no backlog any subject. Companies like Wipro cognizant albemic sun Pharma cipla byjus Nestle are come. The highest package about 4 LPA and average package is 1.5 - 2.4 LPA. Maximum students get job from this placement.

Fees and Financial Aid

In my opinion the fee structures are fair. But now a days the fees grow up rapidly. It's also fair due to the demand of the course. All type Government and private scholarship facilities available for all students.

Campus Life

The campus life is too good than others college. Every cultural program held. Annual fest held every year and we enjoyed it very much. All type of books not only class book, magazine, journal, novel and many categories books are available. Annual sports held. And also held cricket, football volleyball badminton basketball tournament.

Placement Experience:

After completion of 1st-year students will eligible for campus placements. They are about 3 or 4 companies directly recruiting for their jobs from final year students. And you are going through various other exams for better private or government services. Almost 50% of students are getting their first opportunity from this direct recruitment. The package will vary from 15000-25000 per month according to their interview and their merits. I will go for bachelor's degree according to my dreams. So it's never a bad deal I think so.

Arrangements: Many organizations like Cipla, Abbott, Lupin, Red Also, and so forth, visit here consistently for positions. I have applied for institute of genetic engineering for the same course BSc genetics but I to admission in Guru Nanak institute of pharmaceutical sciences because they are the only other colleges in West Bengal who provides BSc genetics as their course and I choose this college because this is under GIS group and this is well known in West Bengal. I did not get any rejection from the other colleges I applied.
