I liked the faculties of our department
They are very supportive and helped us in exams.
They also helped us during our practicals.

Dislikes

Course was not completed in time for all semesters.
Course fees were not affordable according to college.

I was interested in doing MSc in Chemistry. For this reason I was influenced by the decision. Although in those 2 years the curriculum was good and i had improved a lot in chemistry. The semester exams were little tough but the timings and frequency were good maintained

Fees and Financial Aid

The yearly fee was Rs 40,000 per year. And Rs 20,000 per semester. There was no scholarship provided to us. The fees of my batchmates were same. I have paid Rs 20,000 per semester for four semester and total of Rs 80,000 for 2 years pg course.

Campus Life

My. campus life was great i had enjoyed a lot in those two years of my msc. The library has all availablity of different kinds of books. There was extracurricular activities sports gym indoor games etc.

Admission

The admission process was by all state basis entrance exam and then according to our mark and rank we were alloted to respective colleges. The eligibility of this course is One should have completed Bachelor of science in Chemistry with minimum of 55% in graduation. There were reservation quota for sc st students. There is nothing to unlike the admission process. Everything was smooth and fine.

Faculty

All the faculties of our chemistry department were highly qualified. There were four permanent male professors. One Hod and three female permanent professors. All are highly qualified with having phd degree and Net qualified.

Placement Experience:

From last semester students become eligible for campus placement. The companies like Infosys, TCS , wipro etc were visited. I don't know much about the packages. I planned for PhD after getting the MSc. Degree.

A decent college with a good degree to provide

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is very good at niser and are comparable to some foreign institutes. There are world class facilities available for you and the labs are the main insights here. But you have to be somewhat attentive regarding your exams as exams are easy to moderate level.

Autobiography on my university life

Course Curriculum Overview:

I want to become a lecturer so i choosed the royal course Masters in zoology rather than any other specialisation course. And the course Masters of Science in Zoology, Botany is provided by very few private universities in Odisha and AIPHU is one of them i think probably the best one. Faculty do come and leave but there replacement is done simultaneously. The faculty student ratio is normal. Most of the faculty members have completed there PhD as well as Post Doctorial research from foreign universities and medical. Our faculty focus on building strong foundation. They start from basics and teach the difficult topics in very simpler way. We have two midterms each of 1 hours and of 100points which get converted to 20 marks. And one endterm of 50 marks and 10 marks for internal assessment. Midterms are brainstorming but it makes us thorough in specific units which makes endterm exam easier.

I chose this course because this allows me to delve deeper into the passion for understanding animal life and their biological processes. Secondly, this is also a step towards my goal to become a researcher. The faculty members at our university are very dedicated, highly qualified, with their post-docs from a renowned university and are very cooperative. They teach us in a very friendly way, and their passion for research enriches the academic environment. The difficulty level for term exams is medium, neither too hard nor too easy, and requires hard work.

Colleg life is the best life

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because I much interest in it. Student faculty ratios is good as per availability. Professor are available most of the time. They are all very qualified and are hired as per the minimum requirements criteria of the college. Exams are semester-wise and happen biannually. It's difficult to pass the exams if you don't study properly throughout the year.
