Our university environment is good for studying.
All the departments have their own library.

Dislikes

University doesn't provide that much placements.
University website is not very understandable.

Course Curriculum Overview

This course provides me the knowledge of my interest. We do practical implimentations in lab classes. We do have our exams of mid semester and semester. And the difficulty level is as per our syllabus.

Class Size: 3Course Fees: INR 50000 per year

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions

For everyone the course fees and admission fees are same .. That is 50,000rs and approximately 1000 rs respectively per year. For total of five years you will have to pay approximately 2,60,000. there's no extra lab fees.

Campus Life

Campus Life is good. University got the calm environment to study. Annual functions and seminars are held in our university. About infrastructure, infrastructures are not that well maintained. Facilities and technological provisions within the classrooms is good.

Hostel Facilities

The University has its own hostel facilities for both the male and the female students of the University . Room provided are good but can be better. Meal service is poor. But the hostel is affordable. You've to pay 6100 per year.

Admission

This university is the best among the universities of my state. and only this university provides the course I'm doing. For the admission you have to do admission through SAMS website as there's no more entrance exam of university for the course.

Faculty

The faculties of our university is better. They provide vast knowledge as per our course. They are very friendly to the students. They provide both moral and emotional support. We can talk about anything with them.

ITER, a place to fulfill your dreams

Placement Experience:

Placement really depends on course and your skill level. While companies prefer btech over bca for job offers, you knowledge matters over your course in the end. Highest package might be 20L while average might be 10L

In my college the students from final year only are eligible for campus placement and there are so many which. Have visited our campus for the placements and others like tata,wipro, Infosys, Deloitte, Accenture and etc the highest paid package here was 60 lakh in btech cse the previous year

HONEST Review of ITER, SOA

Placement Experience:

If someone is pursing BCA then at the final year they will be eligible for campus placements. Otherwise if doing Btech then from 3rd year they will be eligible. The highest package ever made was 45 lakhs per annum. More than 2000 companies come each year and offers very comfortable packages for deserving candidates. Around 80-90% students get placements with a decent salary package. My plans are to do MCA after BCA.

In Bca we're eligibe in 6th sem ! Only the Delloite ,Accenture and JadeGlobal visted here but and Accenture came twice ! One 2% to 5% students are eligible for placement in my department! After getting degree people are perusing fir masters !

my university is one of the oldest and most prestigious university of our state. only the best students get admission on merit basis to this university. faculties here are really insightful and knowledgeable. they have famous publications and authors of some of the best books of the discipline. i had applied for revenshaw university too and i choose utkal university because course curriculum here is better than other universities and they provide a large number of opportunities to their students. i haven't gotten rejected from any universities that i had applied for but i chose this one cause it is one of the most prestigious universities if our state and they provide great academic curriculum for the growth of the students. as for the admission process in MA degree, you have to clear an eligibility test called CPET conducted by the education department of odisha. and students who usually rank 1 to 100 have thr greater chances of getting admitted to this university....Read More
