Remarks

Overall I like the college very much. Some of our teacher help me lot to established in life.

Entrance Preview

Lateral entry in the Year 2000 , lateral entry first start for Diploma Student for admission in BE according to marks obtained in Diploma Exam. (80.5 %) admission done.

Course Curriculum Overview

It is under Burdwan University and mainly controlled by NIT Durgapur. So course structure is excellent.

Placement Experience

As it locates far from Kolkata. Campus Interview is very poor. Only CES came and recruit one student from the college.

College fest (CORONA) we enjoy very much.

Rs: 31200/- per year for Tuition fees.

Campus Life

Gender ratio- 6:1 , relation among student is very good student politics is strictly prohibited .Communal harmony absent economic condition of the student mostly came from Medicare family.

Faculty

Some are very good but most of them are not experienced so we face a lot of problem.

GOOD College at low fees.

Placement Experience:

Placement of my college are quite good with a avg package of 6 to 7 lpa and higest package of 45 lpa and this year the higest package is 75 lpa. The companies visited in my college are infosys, Capgemini,tcs,wipro, Mindtree,IBM, sometimes amazon also.The placement rate of the college is 85 to 95%.

Nearly or almost 100% students get placed from IIT KGP, irrespective of their branch. This is the beauty about it. Four our course conpanies like the Adani Enterprises, Coal India, Ongc, Aban Offshore and others are our top recruiting companies as all of them are into mining business. Data mining is also been taught to us, so hopefully we might stand eligible to participate in IT companies too.

Placement Experience:

The placement statistics are off the charts, with 367 offers being made to 361 students in the recent edition. The student can seat for internshps offered by diffent companies that visit th campus in their pre-final year, while they are eligible to seat for the placements in their final year only. Apart from this there also other restrictions for seating in the placements like Cg should be above 8.5 and there should not have been any disciplinary charges against you, etc. The companies visiting the college also have their own preferences for selecting the students. In 2024-25 the highest CTC is nearly 2.5 crores p.a. offered to a student of CS branch. The EC department getting the most number of offers i.e. 73.

Excellent collage

The course is completed after the 12th and then qualification of the e Jew exam passed with a good rank then u should get admission in this college.
