What Students Say

Likes

Faculty has senior professors and they teach well.
Sports and other activities like fests are encouraged.
We have playground,indoor game rooms, volleyball and basketball courts.

Dislikes

Placement preparation should be implemented.
Some students won't interact with others.
Fees is higher some students can't afford.

My college is affiliated with JNTUH but now it is autonomous. At my time,we had followed JNTUH course curriculum. It has good subjects which will be helpful for jobs in future.The mid and semester exams are conducted within time.

Class Size: 66Course Fees: INR 140000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Almost many placement companies offer internships. If students perform well in internships they will provide Full Time Employment. For placement preparation,faculty should teach students from 3rd year so that they will be placed in companies easily.

Top MNCs came to our college to select students and many students got placed in companies. Students in final year are eligible for placements. The highest package was 12LPA The average package was 6LPA 50% students got placed in companies and some students go to abroad for higher studies. Now I'm planning to do MS in abroad.

Fees and Financial Aid

The college fee is 120000 per year Tution fee is 12000 per year Minorities, SC and ST students receive 100% fee reimbursement if they qualify EAMCET/ECET. JEE score is also considered to get admission but we have pay full fee for it.

Campus Life

QUBIT event was organised in 2023 year where we enjoyed a lot.Students participate actively during the event. Each classroom has projector and computers in labs have LAN connection.Faculty has access to Wi-Fi. Sports are highly encouraged and tournament is conducted every year among students in different years.

Admission

After qualifying EAMCET or ECET,we can apply college through counseling. Depending on rank the student gets admission for specific branch.To get admission in CSE students should get good rank in their entrance test.

Faculty includes professors, assistant professor and others. Faculty is very friendly mostly.They clear doubts without hesitation. Each student is assigned with a mentor.The mentor checks the student performance and they guide the students.

Decent college with good facilities

Placement Experience:

From 4th year 1st semester, the students become eligible for campus placements. About 10-15 companies visited our college with minimum 3 lpa. And only 30% of students are placed in the campus placement. Companies like virtuza, movate, cognizant, hcl visited our campus for placement. The highest package was 4.5 lpa and lowest was 2.8 . My plans after getting degree is work in a reputed mnc.

Course Curriculum Overview:

the course curriculum of our college runs under the guidance of JNTU where all the fundamentals such as DSA ,program,data base and CN also core math are given in this college divides the conceptual,lessons in 5 units .for each unit we have submit assignment unit test and also an ALP which is concentrated on learning ,mechanisam which help student revise the concept in class itself.In terms of real world the curriculum builds the theoritical, knowledge but somewhat limited exposure where students should have get internships for an industry level experience or else atleast a entry level jobs help the students to learn as well.Area of improvement include more hands- on project works and more interactive teaching methods Like case studies and problem ,based, learning. Exams are regularly for 2 mid term for semester and one end semester exam.the difficulty level is moderate and manageable with consistent and study and focusing more on understanding concepts rather than rote learning

Placement Experience:

From the 5th semester itself students are eligible for placement drives if they pay for the placement training classes , internship drives start from 5th semester and training classes go on for students every week , from 7th semester drives on different job roles start and the placed percentage of students right now is about 30 to 40 percent and drives are still going on but correct training and correct opportunities more needs to be provided

Course Curriculum Overview:

I am very Passionate about Computer Science. So I joined Information Technology which is the same as CSE. Information technology mostly offers the same opportunities as CSE in VNRVJIET. So, I preferred IT in VNRVJIET. In VNRVJIET, Hyderabad faculty: student ratio is approx 1:40 which is considered as Average ratio. Most of the Faculty are PHD Graduates but there are less number of Professors. Mostly there are Assistant Professors whose Teaching Methodology is average to Good but not rated as Better in terms of Teaching. Professors are good at Teaching but Some Assistant Professors are not as good as we expected. There are mostly newly joined PHD faculty members were there who will teach in a slow manner. Every 5-6 months we have Semester Exams which are mostly easy to pass if we have somewhat knowledge of the subject.

I got an answer rank of 7381, I have chosen only ece subject in all the colleges which I have applied in osanima university, CBIT, vasaviengineering college, Gokaraju rangaraju college. Also other top 10 colleges.I got seat in this college but I prefer CB.IT college more than our college and also vasavy.College is equal to MGIT. After applying for these colleges, I got to know that Vienna is not a good college is equal and Mania university is a good college, but faculty doesn't care about students according to seat in CBI t and mjt, please. Prefer cbit. The admission process in this college is simple. You should get seat through t. this is the best college for the students who are very auspicious and determined

i did applied for various colleges like chaitanya bharathi intistute of technolgy,vasavi ,vjr college etc and this college i got admissions in vasavi college and mgit but in vasavi college i got civil branch in which i don't have intrest and got IT department in mgit so i choose mgit over vasavi college and i got rejected by cbit, cvr college because i got eamcet rank which are not enough to get admissions in those colleges .In MGIT ,the minimum rank for the cse is 6000 and for ece and ET's the rank is 11000 for general category and we also have B category in which the students can get admissions through there jee mains percentile...Read More

So me getting into this college is complete randomness as in india students doesn't have power to apply to there dream college they need to select few college in that govt selects the college i applied to a lot of college like jntu , osmania , gookaraju rangaraju etc i choosed the college because they offer Ai&ML course which is my favorite subject/course to learn and govt selected me in mgit and there after they gave 3 more chances to apply , I applied in all 3 of them after seeing fee structure of my college but i didn't got selected into any of them as 3 times i got selected into mgit only so, this is how i gotten into my college....Read More
