Course Curriculum Overview

The college has a very friendly Environment and the teaching staff is very good. They help us with the notes for any topic. If needed. They even resolve our issues regarding any topic even before the day of the exam.

Class Size: 1000Course Fees: INR 550000 per year

Internships Opportunities

We were given very good opportunities to work with very big companies like Cipla, Ajanta Pharma, ITC, SBI, and many more repeat companies some bigger companies which offer stipends. Depending upon the work of the days you have done Where you can also get Placement.

Fees and Financial Aid

The course I opted for was too good for me I always wanted to pursue my bachelor of pharmacy degree from a good reputable college This university has given me many opportunities except for my studies to learn many skills for other activities And they have a very good placement cell. The major difference between other universities and this university is that the teacher takes one class with the students if they have any problems or doubts with any issues. There are government scholarships.

Campus Life

The college has a very good and friendly environment. The infrastructure is very good. They provide every facility. Even there is a hospital where the treatment of students is very less and they even provide treatment to their faculty. There are libraries available, all the books are available.

Admission

A student secures about 50% in their HSSLC for admission and there is an entrance exam for particular departments like Bachelor of Pharmacy, physiotherapy, MBA, and many more There is no system of reservations, but if you score well in their entrance, they avail scholarships.

Faculty

A maximum of the teachers are NET qualified And we passed out from a reputed college, holding PhD degrees, and they help us resolve any issues And the university provides mentors for each group of particular students so that they can approach them if any help is needed.

Interview Experience

We had an entrance exam For our admission the maximum questions are based on the last qualification. You have done. There are no such GD Rounds The entrance exam is held in the form of MCQ Which also has negative marking.

My 6 months in USTM as of now

Placement Experience:

Placements here which I can remember very well is SunPharma. Alot of our seniors have got placement here but I can't remember the exact numbers. The numbers of companies which visited was about 7-11 if not mistaken. My plans after Bpharm is trying for drug inspector in my home district it I can and if not then working in an industry is better.

Placement Experience:

My plan after getting the degree is to join a good company that is giving a good salary. After getting the salary I will be settled then no financial problems will be there. If there is no problem then I don't need to worry and depend on my parents.

As a student of assam i never thought of taking admission in out side University but one of uncle works here so he suggested me to take admission in this university. I also got confirmation from Lakhimpur commerce college and Royal global university but when i visited UNIVERSITY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY MEGHALAYA looking to the campus and hostel was also inside the campus so that i decided to take admission here. I have not got any rejection from any university because had applied for these universities only. My 6 months in USTM as of now

I firstly went to Assam Downtown University to apply and also to Assam Don Bosco University. USTM was my third option. ADTU accepted me while ADBU had and entrance exam which was very late. While for USTM i always done my interview with the Chancellor and entrance exam getting a merit list so seeing the price of fees i decided to go to USTM near my hometown easier for my parents to visits. ADBU gives discounts only to catholics hence I decided not to try for the entrance also....Read More
