Apart from the courses mentioned above the college also provides LLB, BA LLB, BCA, Bachelor of biotechnology, B.Com, BBA, BPP, BRTI, BMLT and BPT at the UG level and LLM, MCA, Masters of Hotel Management, M.Com, MPT, MMLT and MRIT at the PG level. MGU Meghalaya Admissions 2023
Admission in MGU is strictly based on merit in the MGU-GET conducted by college administration every year. Candidates who have taken nationally recognized examinations like JEE, CAT, MAT, SAT for admission need not give MGU-GET examination rather they just have to sit for the counselling process.
Process of counselling and admissions:
It will be held on every working day of University based on merit marks obtained in the entrance examination or based on the marks obtained in the qualifying examination.
University may also conduct Online Counselling, with due approvals after online counselling students must submit all original documents for verification to the counselling department.
- Original TC/Leaving Certificate, Character Certificate, and Migration Certificate will be submitted in the allotted constituent institutions or teaching departments.
- Seat allotment in courses will be done on the basis of marks obtained in the entrance examination.
- The Application fee of INR 1000/- for MGU-GET is to be deposited via UPI/ demand draft.
- The admission of the applicant will be confirmed only on the fulfilment of minimum educational eligibility criteria and submission of fees.
- At the time of admission confirmation, the applicant shall submit original documents at the Counselling Office of the University.

The admission process was good. I had first given an entrance exam. On the basis of my examination i was selected. After the exam i some how manage to appear for the next process. Elegibilty was you need to pass the graduation exams. The application form i searched online. The examination pattern was lenthy i hope the college can minimise the same.

Location and it was affordable. The teaching staff was well qualified and the fee structure was very well balanced for a middle class like me. Also the university provides transportation and have other co curricular activities that was upto the mark.

MBA is a post-graduate professional course that follows the semester system and has a duration of 2 years. Their course structure is very good and focuses on a lot of research and practicals. The days are generally very hectic and exams too are very tiring.

The college can do with some development in terms of infrastructure and student outreach. Political and Economic awareness needs to be established among the students. The college needs to work towards helping the students with more real-world issues.

The course is designed as per the standards of an MBA program. We were given good exposure of basic principles of management studies alongside detailed studies of case themes. The exams are held in a semester-wise manner. Both theoritical and practical exams are held at the end of semester.

The BCA course is a 155 credit three-year course. Final semester-end exams and multiple self-assessment tests are to be given by students. Books and support material are also provided.

Wifi is lacking which is a minus point. But other than that, the quality of education that is provided in this university is great and also the dedication of the faculty members is an add on. Also, various events and activities keep the students alive and active. So ,overall, it's a good university.
