Likes
- Our college has amazing infrastructure and is one of the oldest college in the city it stands as a testament to colonial architecture and our rich culture and heritage. The rooms are spacious and the building is well maintained.
- The campus life is amazing we have very helpful seniors who help us from submitting forms to playing cricket and the common rooms are well equipped with sports accessories and we have a well functional gym and and indoor auditorium.
- Our faculty is one of the best and we have highly qualified and professional teachers who help us with every aspect of our college life from our academics to our personal lives. They conduct regular classes and doubt solving sessions.
Dislikes
- One of the things that's could have been better is the timing of the classes sometimes it's late in the evening and it's difficult for some of us to attend them since we all come from different places.
- Our college needs to keep someone for regular cleaning of the college premises and it has been noticed a lot of times after any fest that our college has been trashed and there's no one to clean them
- Another thing that i think must change is that a lot of students don't attend classes regularly and must be questioned. Students must attend classes regularly and come to college and make it a better experience for all of us.
Course Curriculum Overview
The reason behind me choosing this curriculum goes way back to when I was in school and I took a liking at reading novels and this is one of the mains reason behind choosing this curriculum. Although it is not much of relevance in terms of professional fields it is a unique experience nonetheless.
Fees and Financial Aid
Our fees for college is extremely affordable making it easier for students to attend college who are coming from lower financial backgrounds. Our college recently started campus employment and i hope it will be more efficient in the future. Our college also provides scholarship for the less fortunate students.
Campus Life
Our overall campus experience is amazing and we have two fests every year one in the spring and one in the winter and several other smaller functions including vasant utsav rabindra jayanti etc. Our library has a great collection of books ranging from literature to accounting, it is well staffed and we'll maintained. We also organise an annual sports during the winter.
Admission
The admission process was very smooth and it was not at all difficult for me to get admission. The eligibility criteria was also met with me. All the information regarding admissions is available on the college website for any future references.
Faculty
We have a great faculty and they are all highly experienced and professional in their fields and they teach with great care. However the student to faculty ratio is not balanced, we have a rather small faculty which often leads to classes being cancelled. So i think we need more faculty.
