Unveiling the Essence of My College Experience

The Stipend during an internship as of now is 14.5K for outsiders & for hostellers, it's 13.5k since they deduct 1k for hostel accommodation from the intern's Stipend.

Campus placement here refers to means as doctors you will get into somewhere no matter what moreover you can join as a Junior Doctor right after your intership into your own College Hospital. Highest salary depends on the individiual doctor and almost every doctors gets into somewhere decent enough as far as I have seen like my Senior. My plan is to get into broad specialty ASAP that's basically a govt. Seat for MD & most likely Clinical Seat only.

The fees are different for everybody as there are different categories like Govt. Sponsored for Sikkimese Domicile students whose fees is regularised by state govt. And only applicable to Sikkimese students then Northeast Quota & General Quota whose fees are almost similar after that there's Management Quota whose fees are very high. Tuition fees remins same for the old batch like through out the entire course that's basically 4.5 years and only increases for the new batch onwards except for the hostel fees which increases a little every year. I was in Management category so I paid around 19 lakhs per year for 4.5 years followed by registration fees of 20k then rest amount of 1lakhs on hostel fees so total roughly roughly around 90lakhs everything was done. Well there's no scholarship for other students except only for govt. Sponsored students that's basically for Sikkimese Domicile students. Campus is small but big enough for everything so far since it's a hill station afterall.

AURA TIOHAR I'm currently forgetting the dates exact dates but Tiohar celebrated somewhere in July. Almost every medical & nursing books along journals are available in the college library. The Classroom are basically smart classes with full LED,LCD,etc. Yeah we have annual sports meet also both for students as well as for faculties respectively.

Earlier Hostel & Mess was included as one but now recently Hostel & Mess is being separated so you can take Hostel alone or with Mess & Hostel together.The Hostel together with Mess costs around 1.2Lakhs for a year. The room is like 3 people will be alloted one single room and bathroom along a small balcony will be there in the room itself,moreover a Geyser facility also included with the bathroom.Single room option is not available for now.The quality of the meal is like not so good so basically it depends. Registration for hostel is during Admission only.

Eligibilty is through NEETUG. But also have apply online through official site of the college. Reservation are there only for Defense Personal as there's no sports quota or anything. As you all know NEETUG so that's the only way to get in otherwise there's nothing else. The areas of improvement is directly through NEETPG only instead of again filling online form separately for the admission through their site

Our faculty members have qualifications which is ranging from a doctorate. Different lectures have different teaching methods and overall they are really approachable and do the things which are required for better learning including providing notes and materials
