Course Curriculum Overview

4

The course has been designed very properly from every aspect. We got exposure to different software and hardware things. The course was never limited to one kind of thing and as well as the industry visit and industry knowledge is something which is very important part of the course and has been inculcated in the course

Internships Opportunities

4.5

As I mentioned earlier the placements start In 6th sem itself so does the internship opportunities does. Most of the companies comes with intership+ performance based ppo offers and there are also some companies that look forward for just providing internships.

Placement Experience

3.5

The placements of college is pretty good even after the recent recession the college is trying its best to bring the most of the companies to college for campus placement. Palcemnet for college do start in 6 semester itself. I myself has given 3 interviews for placement before entering to final year. College is doing its part well but you also need to be that credible so that you can make most out of the opportunities college is providing you

Fees and Financial Aid

The yearly fess of the college ranges from 2 lakhs to 25k depending on your caste category reserved seats and the score of your jee and mht cet exam. There's been different provisions and quota for J&K students. The scholarship are provided by government on the basis of which kind of seat are you going to get in the college.

Campus Life

4

The college has got a lot of clubs and commitees you can join any of them there is no restriction for the joining the clubs but before joining you must go through interview. There different social and technical clubs which are doing very great specially technical clubs which are going olwces and bringing glory to colleges. I personally would suggest going with technical clubs they provide a lot of exposure to different software and hardware things

Admission

Most of the students take admission form the cap round on the basis of mht cet score for the particular mechanical engineering stream cutt off ranges between 89-92%ile in year 2019 it may have increased by couple of percentile till now.

Faculty

4.5

Most of faculties are good at teaching and as well as supportive for projects given that you need to be a sincere student if you are not then things may turn worse. The faculties have good knowledge of there subjects sometimes faculties are asked to go with another subject it may cause a little problem and lack of knowledge but yeah the faculties are very supportive in case of prokecets and research paper publications also college do pay for your publication if they find the publishng journal worthy.

Placement Experience:

Placement in my college are decent, especially for computer related branches. Students usually become eliggible for campus placement from the 7th semester. The placement cell conducts taining programs from earlier semesters, including aptitude tests, technical sessions and mock interviews to prepare students. Many companies visit the campus every year, mainly from the IT and software sector. Some ofthe common recruiters include companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Capgemini, Cognizant and mid level companies. A few products based or higher paying companies also visit for specific branches. The average package is usually around 4-6 LPA while the highest package can go above 10-12 LPA in some years, especially for computer science and IT students. The placement percentage varies by branch, but overall, around 70-80 % of eligible students get placed with higher percentages in computer related branches. As for my personal plan, after completeing my degree, I aim to get a good campus placement in a reputed company and start my career in the engineering field. I also plan to keep improving my technical and communication skills during the course to increase my chances of getting a better package.
