- SD college is overall good college in Chandigarh.
- Infrastructure is very good as compare to other colleges. Apart from studies there are opportunities for students to grow as a human being.
Dislikes
- There is not much anything to dislike. Students can get problems due to timetable as sometimes we don't have a free lecture.
Course Curriculum Overview
My course is bsc in computer sciences. The curriculum is very good in this college. We are studying what is actually needed ulin the markets. Proper practical knowledge is being given .proper labs are being conducted.
Internships Opportunities
Various companies come in the college like currently Accenture is there whose internship process will start soon.I have entered in the final year just so I can't tell about the stipends and all.But overall it is good.
Placement Experience
In the last year students gets the chance to get placed on campus.for that student should not have any kind of reappers pending. In the last year proper forms are released and further processes takes place. There is proper placement cell in the college.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions
The fees of the college is not much.one can easily afford it.ohr fees in first year was approx 30000.noe it is approx 34000.so in total we can say it costs me with 1 lakh of tution fees.aprt from this in a year we have to give the examination fees twice a year that means per semester.students also needs to give fine if there is hort attendance.
Campus Life
The campus is overall good.This is a happening college in Chandigarh.I think this is the only college where certain activites are always happening in the college. There are lot of societies and clubs that a student can take part to grow. There are different types of fests organised by the colleg which makes it more interesting.
Admission
To take admission one can fill the dhe Chandigarh form which gets open after the class 12 result. Reservation is equally given to all . Admissions are given as per the preferrences given in the form.And to take the admission in Panjab University campus one have to give the pu entrance exams
Faculty
All the teachers are well qualified .most of the teachers have completed their PhD .They have a good experience.Anyone can ask doubts anytime. They are very calm and polite . After the lectures also one can take time from teachers and take doubts.
