Course Curriculum Overview

4

For me it's really good curriculum if we compare to others college curriculums as it really adds value to you as the college provided value added courses and internship opportunities and subject which are relevant in today's world.

Internships Opportunities

4

During our summer break we are asked to complete intership projects as they hold a marking components in our end sems, so it gets really important to get an internship. In the first year you would have to do NGO internship and then in your second year you would have to do Corporate Internships.

Placement Experience

3.5

The company's start approaching in the 5th sem only and company like trestvista, ZS, Crisil and all come to college and average placements is around 7.2lakhs and around 55-60 students gets placed and other student who don't seats for placement pursue their higher education.

Fees and Financial Aid

For as long as, I have noticed they increase their fees according to education inflation only as in my case, in my first I was paying around 118000 and now in my third year, I am paying around 130000.

Campus Life

3

This is the worst part about sse the campus, as the college is a building of 4 floors and their is no place for playgrounds and sports facilities, you will have to go to different clubs to play or practice games but I have to mention it that college do support in the payments of such club memberships.

Admission

Their is minimum amount of marks that you need to score in your boards and later there is an exam called SET which you need to give, after which if we pass that test their is PI and WAT that you need to give . On that basis Merit list is formed and you are selected.

Faculty

4.5

According to me the faculties are well trained and have the right knowledge about their subjects and their no barrier between Students and teachers, students are free to ask any of their doubts to faculty and faculty members are always welcoming them without any hesitation.

Interview Experience

3.5

Yes when I passed my Symbiosis Entrance Test then I have to go through Written Ability Test and after which it was an group discussion, on the basis of which merit list is formed. If you do SET nicely then your selection rate gets really high and you don't have to worry that much about the merit as college is not that hard to crack.

placements can happen in any semester starting from 2nd semester, it completely depends on the companies which come to the campus for cadets. 95% of the cadets get placed at the end of their course. teh packages vary from 300000 to 1200000 per year. note that this is the stipend you get while training, once this training is finished and you have al the certifications and are medically fit for sailing you get ti earn 10 times more only after 2 years.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose Biotechnology because it is a multidisciplinary field. We get to study not only topics related to biotechnology but also biochemistry, bio physics, bio informatics, bio statistics, etc. Mostly everything that is essential for future exams is taught during the span of 3 years. The topics of the units are taught in depth but the questions asked during exams are comparatively easy as to what all we studied. The frequency of the exam is, 1 internal exam which consists of both mcqs and written exam, the semester exam for each semester and practical exams for each subject. If u have studied then you will be able to attempt the questions.

Course Curriculum Overview:

While searching on internet I got to know about this course that's where I earned interest for this course that made choose this course. The practical knowledge shared by the faculty at their best helps for real life applications but still practical knowledge is gained beyond college course pattern which can be gain in internships. By providing more practical knowledge beyond the theory part of the course may help students greatly by learning real life experiences. Exams are usually held by morning at the college timing (9:30 am).

Students become eligible for campus placements from the 6th semester. There are campus placements but my seniors are yet to get placed. Since we are secknd batch of data science we don't know much about how is the placement for data science students. There are good placements for bms students. I will be doing master after this degree and won't opt for placements.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because of the teachers who teach that. I had my siblings telling me that they love the way their teachers taught them. They make it so easy to understand and give you so much advice to grow and have great success. Also, this college is just a treasure of other curriculum activities. Once you got to know that they held those kinda functions over these years you can't resist and will participate in those functions. As it the course was difficult but teachers will make it easy they will guide you in any problem that you have and encourage you to learn more skills so you can be more successful.
