The curriculum is design oriented through which students are offered 6 courses one each in 6 semesters which helps in develop creative thinking in students.
Institute supports all round development in students like sports, technical and cultural activities along with academics.
Students are encouraged if they are interested in research.

Dislikes

Club culture can be improved. It is not developed yet completely.

Course Curriculum Overview

The Course curriculum is well spread in all semesters and tutorial sessions are also taken for helping students with problems apart from theory. The course curriculum is good. The six Design courses help students to think creatively and out of the box.

Class Size: 120Course Fees: INR 120000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Students are provided with internships related to research. Students can approach their desired faculty as per their interest in the field they like to work in. Apart from that internships are available in MaDe-IT, the institute's incubation center.

Placement Experience

Few Final-year students choose to pursue MS, MBA, or MTech. The rest of the students can register themselves for placements. The Placement drive happens in the college every month throughout the year for final-year students.

Fees and Financial Aid

The Tuition fees of this institute are low compared to other Indian Institute of Information Technology institutes. The annual fee is 120000. Students with very poor financial backgrounds will be given a chance to apply for Financial aid for those students.

Campus Life

The infrastructure of the institute is nice and amazing. There are various cultural and technical clubs that help students have a fun time with cultural events and we can learn our skills through technical clubs. The library is good, all books are available in the college library.

Hostel Facilities

Hostels are provided within the institute on the campus for all the students. Every room is provided with a Table, Chair, COT, LAN port, and cupboard, along with a balcony attached to every room. Mess is available on the campus itself.

Hostel Fee: INR 60000 per year

Admission

The JEE-Mains is the entrance exam to be taken to get admission to the Indian Institute of Information Technology, Design and Manufacturing, Kancheepuram. Students should apply for JoSAA and CSAB counseling to get admission.

The faculty here in our institute is nice and supportive. Each faculty member is well equipped in their domains of interest and supports students if any of the students are interested in research or projects.

Exploring SNSCT in my POV

Placement Experience:

For campus placements students of the 4th year or 7th semester are the eligible ones. Multiple companies like zoho,apple,TCS,CTS, accenture etc have come and multiple small companies too. But the intake for the big and reknown MNCs were low from abt 2-3 candidates only.the placement here is 100% but the companies may vary.My future goal is to go for a government official stream after I finish my masters abroad.

College with good environment, teaching and placements

Placement Experience:

On doing 6th semester companys are coming for placements. But most of the companys come in the 7th semester. There is a lot of companies come here like Embedur, Honeywell,Caterpillar,Zoho,Tcs, Accenture,Hcl,Ltimindtree,Cts,etc.. Around 75-85 percentage of students got offer. The Highest package is 20lpa amd lowest is 3.36lpa. I have to go to IT company for work.

I applied to NIT CALICUT NIT SURATKAL, NIT TRICHY. For my trial round i got nit suratkal for EEE. But i shifted it to down and kept iiitdmk up..I chose this as it was the only college with Smart Manufacturing. Course and i was intrested in the way the curriculum was set including Cs,ece,eee Nd mechanical.As my jee score was not great to enter cse courses in nit calicut i got rejected there. I applied for NIT TRICHY But i am getting civil engineering there so i opted out i was also getting Mechanical engineering in NIT Calicut but as it is too far away from home town i opted out.
