Likes
- The main thing that I like about my college is the fact that it has a good eliminate base. The speakers we invite are usually of much face value then other colleges.
- The second important thing is the co-operative staff. The administration in my college is easier to deal with and really cooperative they work really fast and try their best to deal with your queries and solve them.
- There are some good cooperative teachers that are not much straight and usually give good internal marks and are good at teaching.
Dislikes
- The main thing I dislike about my college is the infrastructure. Even after being in the top five colleges of you it does not have enough funds to provide for a better and cold infrastructure which is quite this disappointing.
- The second main thing I dislike about my college is the fact that it is highly congested. Given the fact that infrastructure is smaller than the other colleges it has a pretty high number of students in the courses and the library is full.
- There are some teachers in the college who are actually really cooperative but not very good at teaching.
Course Curriculum Overview
As far as the curricular is considered it is usually decided by the UGC and University. Colleges on their own don't have much role to play in this aspect so you cannot blame them if the course is out of date and irrelevant. But in my aspect I would say that courses are not as outdated as the use to be for example many other courses like scale enhancement course and value added course has been included that I actually good but in the terms of course subjects we are mainly theoretical theoreticals and not much practicals and introduction with the world thing place.more over there are some compulsory courses that you will have to take for example in BA program and BCom program you will have to compulsory take Hindi language which is the pure waste of time.you will have to study ability enhancement course in which you will study again language and EVS which is again out of date.
Internships Opportunities
Internships that are available in my college are of both side you get internships from private form and company as well as from the college itself. At least once a year companies from outside come to office internship based on your and experience. You can also get internship in the college itself in the society and administration and library et cetera however the pay is usually lower than the private firms but it is still good given the fact only have to work for 7 or 8 hours a week.week
Fees and Financial Aid
A part from private scholarship status provided by other source like NGOs. Almost all the colleges in Delhi University offer a some kind of scholarship to their students depending on the category the belong from and the marks they have obtained in their semester exams. exam and interview is often conducted and based on that you will get the scholarship .how ever not all the students are able to get this scholarship it's only a small proportion that and up getting this scholarship. Almost all the colleges in Delhi University offer internships in the college campus like library administration and all however the salary you get is not that high but is it is still good keeping in mind the amount of working you really have to work for 7 hours of week and you get pretty good amount of money given this and companies and people from outside also come at least once a year to provide internships to the student based on their skills and experience.
Campus Life
The society in Delhi University are really vibrant. Apart from some really low grade colleges, almost all the colleges offer you really good exposure. there are a number of society in different colleges including he beating society dance society etc and etc s offer you really good opportunities while enhancing your skill. There are really good opportunities in sports and who curricular activities and number of competitions are also organised that offer you exciting reward.
Admission
The entrance exam that you have to clear to get into Delhi University is cuet once you have clear the exam you have to wait for the results. Once the results are announced, colleges declared their cutoffs at least within a week. Once the cut offs are announced, you will get to know if you are getting into the college you have applied for or not .since ,you know you have to fill up preference form in cuet.in case, you get the college you have applied for in the first preference based on the . You will get admission into that college ,you just have to make sure that yes you want to get admission if not you can cancel it once you make sure that yes you want to get in the college you just have to pay the fees online and then attend the orientation program , everything is online and you don't have to do any much documentation and in case you do not get your first preference and in case you don't get the college of your first preference you can get the college of any other preference.
Faculty
There are both sides of a coin. There are some really qualified as well as not so qualify teachers in my college. All though almost all of them are really go operative and would not cut much of your internal marks but some of them really don't even know the basics of their own subject where as their are some teachers who like God level at teaching. Although the proportion of strict teacher is usually low but you can also find some teachers that are like really strict they want all of their assignments before the taglines but there proportion is really small usually he will find teachers who are co-operative with you
