Likes

The campus faculties are much experienced in their field and are always approachable regarding queries. The support and concern towards students in their academic field has never gone down
Campus has a modern architecture and vibrant gardens .The campus is well maintained to keep a peaceful atmosphere
The infrastructure provided by the campus is excellent. It also includes well equipped library,modern labs and classrooms , spacious auditoriums and seminar halls .

Dislikes

The management is bit strict about the dresscode of students. Modern dresses are not accepted everywhere inside the campus. Faculties may raise concerns and warning towards students wearing modern dresses.
Even though cultural activities are conducted, funding provided from the management is lesser than total budget. This makes the program to be taken down to lower status.
Food options in the canteen is limited. Price of food items might be increased without warning.Menu are always repititing which students dislikes the most

Course Curriculum Overview

Various curriculum activities regarding every courses are provided. As in my field various labs, practical sessions, mooc courses are initiated from college for further improvement of students. These curriculum activities really help us to learn and practice more than theory level. Every students have their own interests in their own field. So it would be better if certain curriculums are added as per the interest of students.Time is always a constraint for exam. Exam are conducted twice a day which make students tirey and pressured

Placement Experience

Students who have completed their sixth semester can start their placements. Infosys, Wipro,TCS, digitalcore, USTGlobal , Sutherland, Accenture etc had taken placements from last years. The average package starts from 120000 lpa and highest was 700000lpa. This year itself more than 800 students was placed in different companies. So I also tend to prepare for campus placements for my final year

Fees and Financial Aid

Tuition fees are regular as per the fee structure provided at the time of admission. The complete cost of education varies for every student. Certain scholarship based on entrance rank and 12 the pass mark are availed to students of eligibility. Overall semester fee is 30,000 for a normal student and below 17,000 for students with scholarship.

Campus Life

Every year cultural fest 'SARGAM ' and technical fest 'ASTRA ' are conducted without fail and much enthusiasm. Libraries are well equipped with all books and journals available for students of every department. Classrooms are modern and spacious and include projectors , boards , etc. Even though sports is conducted it is not much encouraged. Several societal groups including IEEE, IEDC ,ISNEE, NSS are highly active with a huge student members in each society.

Admission

Any student who passed 12 th grade are eligible for the course. All the details regarding application form, application fees and application dates are updated in the official webpage of college. Online admission are still not availed. All admission procedures have to be completed from the campus which may create difficulty for students far or abroad the campus

Faculty

The faculties are well experienced in their field which is booster for the students. They are always approachable for any queries. Any concern raised by the students academically, mentally are always considered without pending. Even though workload given to the students might be a concern. Task alloted to them could be reduced if possible inorder to avoid hectic work for students. Learning experience is still good and are not affected by the strength of students even if less or more.

Life at CET

Placement Experience:

The placement cell of the college is very active. You can get internships starting 2nd year and placements starting 3rd year. About 75% of people get placed. Many MNCs like Texas Instruments are consistent hirers. The highest package of 2025 for my course is 1 crpa. The average is about 7 lpa. A student can get 5,6 offers. I plan on higher studies abroad because I want to learn more in-depth about the course.

Students are eligible for placement from the 7th semester and internship from 3rd semester. You can apply for internship on your own right from first semester but college gives aid from 3rd semester. The major recruiter is ISRO which offers 40-45 jobs for aerospace engineering. Also other companies like CDac Airbus Boeing and DRDO and HAL visit for recruitment. Nearly 85-90% students get placed while some opt for Higher education and research too. My primary goal is to get into ISRO also I will be preparing for gate examination to complete my IIT dream.

Remarks:

I only have postive thoughts about that campus. The campus helped me to remove my pre-occupations, inhibitions, fear etc. It gave a lot of memorable moments, large number of friends. The most special thing about the college is those memorable friendships with the faculties whos understand students very well.
