Dyal singh focuses on extracurricular activities along with studies.
Various fest & inter college competitions are held time to time.
Teaching method is good & nice. Teachers here are well behaved.

Dislikes

I wasn’t much fan of canteen food of dyal singh.
Placements here are average & requires working.
Internship opportunities are not much & package is average.

In always wanted to break into Accounting & Finance field after my graduation that's why i opted to do BCOM from dyal singh. Dyal singh is a well reputed college of delhi university & exams are held at the end of every semester.

Class Size: 62Course Fees: INR 30000 per year

Placement Experience

Dyal Singh does offer placements and an average placement is around 4-5 LPA but placement is not quite impressive and to be honest is just average. Though, regular placement drives are held every year to which you can sign up definitely.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees structure is around 12-13k for each year for most of the courses in dyal singh & fees here is quite affordable. Though, financial assistance can be offered you just need to follow the steps with the help of members of college admin.

Campus Life

Dyal singh's campus is the second largest campus of delhi university & infrastructure is well built and spacious. Various Fest & competitions are organised by the college committee on timely basis for the college students.

Admission

Admission process was online based, so it was not of much hassle. My admission was on the basis of my 12th marks to which I applied online & got daily updates via my email account. So in conclusion, admission process was not much time consuming.

Faculty

Teachers in dyal singh are good to be honest. Not too much strict & not too much lightly taken. Teaching methods are good & you get the opportunity to learn and grow. Along with classes, you're required to submit assignments & test on timely basis.

A students insight on his college

Placement Experience:

Eligibility is 5th semester onwards you can get campus placement. Deloitte, TATA, nestle, other big MNC's Highest is around 20 lacs and average is around 5 lacs. 60-70 % students get places but it can be higher or lesser depending upon the crowd of students , their talents. I think I would choose a professional course like civil servant.

Placements of my college is quite ok, specially in my course the placement is good.Major students get placed. Big Companies visited our campus for placements- EY, Deloitte,Kpmg. Highest package of our college last year was 21 lakhs.

Curriculum is old and rigid, the still teach old methods and syllabus is updated very slow. But with introduction of SEC and VAC courses student have some different options which the can choose to study for their semester.

Dyal Singh College is definitely a great college!!

Placement Experience:

PWC, Icici Prudential and like wise companies which needed students for finance and accountancy roles offers placements to students. Many new startups too have started coming and this has made placements percentage shoot up in recent past.

Placement Experience:

From 8th semester students become eligible for campus placements I am not sure about the number of offers made but last year Deloitte visited the campus for recruitment. Highest package is around 11lpa plz check on Google. And average is around 5-6 lpa. Seniors told me around 30-40% of the batch gets placement. My plan is to do mba after college

It's a decent college, but better than many other colleges

Placement Experience:

Final year students(5th semester) are eligible for the placements, many famous company recruits, like Deloitte, flipkart,amazon and there's many local companies as well. The highest pakage in 2024 was 24LPA. 20-30% students gets the placement as most of the students opt for Higher studies or get into competitive exams. The jobs offered are based on your course.

After the graduation the students are Eligible for the placement and internship are provided in the same during graduation or courses. And some of the good companies which visited and made the offers. The average package of the company offered that 1 lakh approx in the placements this opportunity starts in du also now the good student can do this. Getting a 90% Above Mark's . After completing my graduation I will take admission in maters also. And also prepare the government exam's.

Life when you get into srcc

Placement Experience:

I am getting in srcc was purely my luck. i applied for this college because anywhere you see you will find the name of this college to be the top college in the commerce field and in every other way. i also applied for hansraj, kmc, hindu, etc but i got into my first preference. the admission process in not very complex you give cuet, score more that the cutoff, then make a preference list, and if you get into college you just have to submit the fees online on the du portal which will confirm your admission....Read More
