In Arya vidyapeeth college i am studying in commerce Department where i have to pay 15000 per year. I belong from a very poor family. It's been very difficult for my parents to pay my college fees and also registration fees is also very high to effor
In arya vidyapeeth college ellection is done ever year and this election the candidates promise us wrong words. After promising us they don't even does that work and they show us a higher level of attitude. In the election time period huge mess occur
Arya vidyapeeth college students are does not follow any college rules regulations. While college freshers or any other college function students use to drink alcohol and make a huge mess and they fight among themselves. They teas girl's that's why.

I choosed B. Com because i wanted to become a bank manager after completing my graduation i will be learning about bank and i will also apply for bank training Our fees should be less atleast below 5000 per semester so that every students can effort for the fees.

Class Size: 200Course Fees: INR 15000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

As my college is under autonomous council so our fees are very much high. Not every students can effort. Per semester 7500 and our regeneration fees is also very high. I belong from a poor family its very difficult for my parents to pay my college fees. Due to this i could not do my 4th semester admission.

Campus Life

In our library many different kind of study related books are provided. Extracurricular activities are been provided by our college for example Folk dance, sports, drama etc In our college we have digital smart board where er understand all the new things for our future

Admission

Admission process was totally online. Due to online process many students those who are out of guwahati they faced a lot of problems. In seasonal exam we get 1 hr for 30 marks paper and in our final exam we get 3 hrs for 80 marks paper

The college teacher faculty is really very good. There teaching and explaining things are great teachers always help us regarding our syllabus We can interact with teacher always when they are free and they surely help us regarding our problm.

Gauhati University: A Students perspective.

Likes

The networking and the contacts that GU provides.
Exposure to various aspects. Chance of self discovery
Great environment. Loved the campus. A great place to study also the Library and canteens. Connectivity

Dislikes

Too much pressure on students in certain cases.
Very slow processing of documents by the authorities
Very delayed results of all the semester.

Course Curriculum Overview:

This is an integrated course where i will be getting a masters degree after completing 5 years. Only tezpur university provides this course other than GU. The curriculum prepares students mainly to pursue careers in academic fields and research fields. More practical aspects can be added to provide a holistic knowledge to the students. The exams are very well planed.

The environment is good peace' and calm .
The campus is good clean and good faculties
Reputed name , the courses are good overall feels good to be a part of this college

Dislikes

People's are arogants, egoistic , do nepotism.
Attendance matters then knowledge, if a student have less attendance in one subject also they don't provide them to give exam.
Lengthy course and less classes the professor completed the syllabus in just 2 months, they say the semester have 6 months but we are giving the finals in 3rd month!

Course Curriculum Overview:

I will rate it 7 cause lengthy course less classes, Exam timing are vast others colleges held there exam on the last month of the year but our college held there exam on the 3rd month of the semester overall not good
