My college life

I gave JEE exam and got 83 in that exam. I wanted to get admission here because i wanted to study instrumentation and that too from a good college. And as it is government college it was good.

The course curriculum is good. It is day by day increasing my knowledge in field instrumentation. Till the end i am sure i will have all the knowledge required to be a good engineer.

As i am in third year so i have not experienced internship interviews. But as i know our faculties do a lot job for bringing the companies in our college. And each year many students gets placed.

Not so much personally experienced but seeing it from the first year i can say that not much amount of students gets placed . Only a few get the chance to get placed.

Events like 26 january, then techfest, then February days celebration, then 15 august, cultural fest, and a lot more are celebrated. A great coordination is there between faculty and students.

The fee sturcture is very feasible. Geting an engineering degree in such a low fee is not possible anywhere. It is just 1500 rs for boys and 900 rs for girls. And different for different castes .

Our college provides scholarship to backward classes. For every year students have to fill a form . Then according to there marks they are given scholarship amount.

In boys hostel there are 280 in takes and in girls hostel the in take is 180. It is purely based om marks we get. Hostel fees is 2000rs per sem.There is no mess food facility in our hostel. The rooms are very well in our hostel. 3 intake in one room.

The alumni network is very good in our college. Every senior is very helpful. No one ever denies to help in any thing. Alumni helps a lot when arranging an event in large scale.

In our college first there is a mid sem examination held after two to three months of semester starts. In that more than half of syllabus is asked. It benefits in end sem exam. Then there are practical and VIVA held after mid sem.

Faculties in our college are very good. They are always in touch of the students. They are always ready in the most possible way then can help. They are great in knowledge and teaching skills also.
