Course Curriculum Overview
I am influenced to take information technology course by demanding of the IT jobs in markets. The curriculum preapers me for real world applications by attending laboratory lectures by expert professors who acknowledge me for job preparation.
Internships Opportunities
Company named Kali meditech private limited is recently visited our college and many students get internship opportunities to work with this company by getting stipend of 5 thousand reels per month.Other company named K.S.Biomed services also visited our college and many students get internship with stipend of 7 thousand rupees.
Placement Experience
Students eligible for placement in 4 th year or 6 th semester. Students are eligible for internship from 3rd year or 5 th semester Company like TCS ,Infosys,Microsoft,nvidia ...etc are visited for placement offers Highest package by TCS is 12 LPA. Highest package for Infosys is 8LPA. Any student who studied in GEC Gandhinagar get average package of 5-8LPA 20-30 percentage students are getting placed in this college My plans after getting the degree is masters from abroad
Fees and Financial Aid
The year-wise fees for Information technology course is around only 1750 ruppes.hence, total fees for 4 year of degree is approximately 6k to 7k. There is no other compulsory charges as per category.same fees for every student.Only students who have tfws seat they does not have to pay any fees.for tfws students fees is zero for all years. G.E.C. Gandhinagar helps to provide MYSY scholarship to students.
Campus Life
The annual technical fest named "Hack the spring" is conducted in generally February -March.In this fest students from other colleges or in this college are participating in events like codeverse, hackathon and many tech events. In Libra around 500-1000 books are available but they all are very old means they are out of syllabus. In GEC Gandhinagar the clubs like club IDE,club IBEr and E-cells are running which helps students to improve their social life and communication.
Admission
I applied for many colleges like L.D. eng. college, V.G.E.C ,DAIICT, NIRMA UNIVERSITY AND IIIT VADODRA. but as per merit I got addmission in g.e.c. Gandhinagar which is a great college as per gtu degree. I choose this college for less fees and great faculty support.tbe addmission process for gec Gandhinagar is that you must clear the cutoff merit and after t you have to do reporting in college.
Faculty
Faculty to students ratio is 2:1,which is very nice thing. Faculty of gec Gandhinagar is like friend for students they acknowledge the students for extracurricular activities or tech related things and make aware students to what's going in market as point of view job. In first year the prof.betal chauhan is a very friendly and always ready to help us . In GEC Gandhinagar there are no extra exam they conduct only two exams:Mid exam and university exam per sem.
Night Life
There are gym for only boys students.in GEC Gandhinagar there are very lovely canteen and library to study. Campus timing is 9 am to 7 pm and hostel timings is 10 am to 8 pm Ther is no hangout places near college or inside college.
