Academic and Campus Life At GEC Gandhinagar

The Metallurgical Department is very good and the best in terms of their teaching methods. All the faculty members are friendly. Their teaching methods are also good, as I have heard from my seniors, but I have yet to be under their guidance. Starting the next semester, I would be in their guidance.

The overall fee structure is around 7500/-, which includes all the facilities a college should have: canteens, IT labs, a garden, and infrastructure. All these facilities are being provided by the college well and fine

Various types of festivals are being conducted from month to month to find out about the students' prospects in the respective fields. Recently, Codeverse was conducted in our college, where various colleges participated. Our college arranged all the facilities on the day of this festival. Our administrative members, students combined worked together to make it perfect and memorable.

I chose this college because it was nearby to my home and only it offered Metallurgy Engineering among all the colleges I visited for admission. The admission process is quite simple for this; you just have to log in through ACPC and upload all your documents, select the colleges you need, and it gets confirmed after confirming all the uploaded documents, and you receive an email regarding it.

The faculty's relationship with all the students is friendly and easy to talk to. All the faculty members are the best in their field, but I prefer Mr. ND Patel because of his way of teaching mathematics. There are currently no faculty members that I dislike, although I have interacted with most of them. There are two exams conducted in the college, the MID SEMESTER EXAMS, and then the University Exams. Both exams are properly conducted, well-mannered, and with all the precautions. The result ratio is significantly high.

The cafeteria was recently reopened by the college at the request of students. The canteen is good, overall environment of the college is the best. My friends mostly hang around at the cafeteria. I stay with my parents, so I don't have an idea about the hostel and its timings.
