Remarks

The college is overall good. Everything in this world comes with a bad or a good. So overall my conclusion is that if you can then this could be a better option for you. A few problems will be there but as a student, you need to learn to solve them for a better life.

Entrance Preview

Everything that is essential for a technical degree student is available here including remarkable faculties, workshop, and infrastructure. Student-friendly environment. Helpful teachers. Supportive co-workers. Good hospitality in hostels and canteen. Transport facility is good.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

The course curriculum is too fine here. In our routine, there are 8 lectures per day and 4 workshops in a week. After that, a class test is organized every week. And if we face some problems regarding the notes or lectures then our faculties send the notes to our WhatsApp group of students and faculties.

Internships Opportunities

Not so sure if there is some internship scheme in our college. But as far i know if there would be some internship then no stipend is given only the work experience is provided.

Placement Experience

2

Placement and job opportunities are not so fine. Many companies like L&T constructions,TATA Motors,Microtek etc are some of the companies that come here for hiring diplomas and bachelors of technology and at an average wage of about 1,20,000 to 2,50,000 per annum.

College Events

3.5

There are a lot of events celebrated here every year. Two mega events are organized every year by the college management and CESA Team of civil engineering that is: 1- Kavi Samellan 2- NIRMAN Other small events are also organized, some of them are 1- Kaushalya Kameshwar volleyball tournament 2- Annual Sports 3- Technical Seminars

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is not too expensive if we look at the current situation of private colleges and schools. And yes private college needs extra income for the feasible running of the college. A small accounting can be done as a minimum fee structure of 80,000 per year for B.Tech students and 45,000 per year for diploma students.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes, scholarship option is available here, E- Kalyan, a state government scholarship scheme can opt for ST/SC/OBC students. And if anyone wants to avail loan over the course, yes they can.

Campus Life

3

Campus life is normal. If you want to feel as shown in movies then you need to compromise a little bit. College campus includes Gardens, VolleyBall Ground, Basket Ball Ground etc So if you want to spend your evening here, yes,u can. The gender ratio is a little bit unfair, In the diploma, you can get a ratio of 1:10 for girls: boys and in Bachelors it's about 1:25. Competitions are organized as I discussed above that a technical fest is organized which compromises of a series of sports and technical event which lasts about 7-10 days.

Hostel Facilities

3

Hostel facilities are good. There is two type of hostel facilities for boys and girls, one is executive Hostel Facility and other is General Hotel Facility. In executive, only 2 students per room are allowed and that is too good. Mess facility can be considered average as the food is up to mark but not better quality ingredients are used and only one type of food is provided to all students and faculties.

Alumni/Alumna

Alumni network and senior students are helpful. They are available on a phone call if the juniors need them regarding any problem related to course studies or any other problem related to college management.

Exam Structure

Exam structure is basic. 2-semester exams per year and 2 mid-semester exams per semester are taken as an account for evaluating scores in that semester internal exams. Exams are almost held at a time, for passing a semester a student gets an average time of about 4-5 months at least.

Admission

I got admission in this institute by securing qualifying marks in the engineering entrance exam of Jharkhand board JCECE popularly known as Jharkhand combine entrance exam. After that, I attended the college counseling where I got a seat in TFW QUOTA (tuition fee wavier) in this institute by submitting all the essential documents to the college.

Faculty

4.5

Faculties are student friendly here. If you face any problem regarding studies then they first focus on the problem-solving assessment after that they continue for lectures. Before starting lecture they first revise the basic theoretical knowledge regarding the particular topic. And after lectures then provide us with their handwritten notes.

Placement Experience:

7th Semester students become eligible for placements. The highest package is offered by Rubrik in 2025 of 1.41 CR(domestic) High paying jobs are mostly for SWE/SDE roles. Percentage of students getting placed in CSE/AIML is 75, ECE 69, EEE 60, Mech 58. My plans after gettting degree is to get into job sector only for a while. No such higher education plans as such.

And the highest package of our campus is about 60LPA offered by Amazon. 4.I planned to work after completing my B.Tech.

Placement Experience:

At BIT Mesra third is like full of practice for placements and final year more of placements activities than studies. So, when all these things are in order placements obviously will be more or less certain and here they are certain only with almost 90% students are places through campus with annual placements of 8-10 lakhs per annum.

Packages were 3.6 Lakh to 5 Lakh per year. Overall 20% got placement. I prepared for Government exams after completing my degree.
