Likes

I liked it is near to my place so I don't have to stay outside of my City.
The Infrastructure is so good like a big named Institute
They have clean classes that is good for us

Dislikes

It doesn't mean only infrastructure is good but we need better education facilities
In starting teachers were best but they all left after some time

Course Curriculum Overview

I wants to become a Computer Engineer who can make games. They take two midterm exam in middle of the semester, they take two subjects in one day, which atleast improves up s a little but without good faculty we are nothing

Class Size: 75Course Fees: INR 90000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

They charge 90000 for the first year. For semester 50000 rupees and 40000 for other semesters, they 10000 rupees for registration fees that's why they charge 10000 rupees extra for first semester. They 1000 for every for bus fees from every students (Except Hostel students).

Campus Life

Infrastructure is good got not any problem. Yhey have every book we need in the Library. They have machines for practical activities but some of machines are not working. They have club named Aarambh which helps for College functions

Admission

I applied for JIS college and Haldia University of West Bengal but doesn't got the admission in JIS and left Haldia University for my budget issue so here I'm. I don't know why but they take only original documents for admission

Faculty

There are Almost 5 to 6 Thousand of students in this College, 150+ faculties in every Courses like B tech, Polytechnic, I.T I. And they also have Medical College and Teachers training course. The Faculties I liked was Deepak sir, Haider Sir and there were 2 more teachers who left after sometime Well Almost every Students don't Like Deen of the College 'Kamlesh Chaurasiya sir'

Course is industry oriented and updated time to time. Thus making it helpful for us to face real time challenges in modern world. Currently I don't find anything to improve in terms of faculty and their teaching methodology. They are just great.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible to sit for placements from the 7th semester.A variety of companies including TATA Steel, JSL, JPL, Samsung, TCS and ABG visit the campus.The highest package offered is to Mining branch by vedanta which is 16.5 lpa.In core branches like mechanical and electrical the placement percentage reaches to almost 80%.

There are too many course in this university branch wise and also semester wise subject like even semester has 6 subject and odd semester has 5 subject . Also there is not enough teacher of all the subjects 2 subject has same teacher and my branch computer science teacher teach in my branch

My 1st Encounter with the College

Remarks:

Outstanding faculties having a good depth of knowledge.. Well interactive. Ideas and Knowledge is easily projected by them. They follow a stringent standards while conducting experiment, viva-voice in labs. Their teaching style and attitude is good and generally the language of interaction between student and faculty is English. So in a nutshell the faculty is up to the mark and satisfactory.

Good aspects- college infrastructure, faculties.Bad aspect- placement is not so good.I have taken admission through jharkhand combined entrance competitive examination-2018, after that you have to choose your college through councelling and then you'll get a seat allotment letter.Lastly you have to reach that college with that seat allotment letter and all the prior documents of 10th and 12th to get the admission....Read More
