The college infrastructure is very good. The social interaction is also good as the students are from various states.
There are akso every facilities like library ,canteen ,sports room
The teachers are also very kind and very helpful

Course Curriculum Overview

Doing MBBS is considered to be a very good in society and also it seems to be very fruitful for the students.It helps to save patients life .The teachers teaches us through power point presentations .The exams are usually conducted after 3-4 months .

Class Size: 125Course Fees: INR 150000 per year

Internships Opportunities

The internship is of 1 year after completing 4 years of study .In this every student has to undergo through each training as specificed by NMC .stipend is also given of rs 15000. There is as such no placement facility by college

Fees and Financial Aid

The yearly fees for the batch 2020 is 1.5 lakhs per annum and it is on 10% increase every year.The total cost is around 7.5 lakhs for 5 years .Scholarship are for the category people .During the internship 15000 rs are given as stipend

Campus Life

There are no as such fests conducted but function are conducted like Doctors day ,Independence day etc. Library has wide range of books for curriculum. Every classrom has projector and ac vents which are sometimes non functional. Sports competion are also conducted

Hostel Facilities

The room which is alloted to us in hostel has bed Almirah and study table . You can keep anything you want . But keeping an Air conditioner costs you additional fees of Rs 15000 per year . The fees of hostel ia around 50000 per year.mess is corporate not related to college .meal qulity is as similar to other hostels.

Admission

For the entrance in this college one has to pass the NEET exam .And for admission in this college you should minimum score 600 /720 .This college is considered to be one of the top 50 medical colleges in India .after clearing NEET you have to undergo counselling process through NMC website .

Faculty

The faculty of every department is upto mark . Usually there are around 5-10 teachers in every department . Also the teachers are very cooperative and also very much qualified. Mostly all have completed their post graduation from very reputed colleges. You can any time approach them .

Since we all know MBBS is course for being a doctor . As being doctor was a dream of mine i chosed this course.MBBS course is quite hectic but this is required since after completion of course we will become doctors and patients like will be in our hands. Curriculum is well organised in mbbs .there are 19 subjects total. As in 1st yr we study general body structure Anatomy We study physiology and biochemistry. Then in 2nd yr we study anomalies ie. Pathology, pharmacology, microbiology and forensic medicine and toxicology. In 3rd and 4th yr , all remaining 12 subjects Medicine, surgery, paediatric, Gynaecology, orthopaedic,CFM,ENT, opthalmology, anaesthesia, radiology, psychatry, dermatology.

Most honest and friendly review of ggsmch, Faridkot

I gave neet UG 2018 as my 1st exam for mbbs and i had a decent rank, so I got ggsmch Faridkot. Application form and dates were posted by MCI then, but nowadays by NMC or NTA. I am a general category student, so i didn't avail any reservation benefits, i am here solely due to myself. The admission process is really great, it helps everyone. Even if you dont know form filling, you can Go to any cafe and they will help you out.
