College

Course Curriculum Overview :

They get exposed to a lot of new work, especially during the encounter session. The college also hosts different exhibitions in the City giving a sense of the practice of architecture in Mumbai under govt or individual-level firms.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Fees for a private college are high for the open category. But one can apply for a scholarship and also there are reservations which students can avail. Apart from that, there are study trip expenses which are not a part of the fees, and stationery and printing costs. ROI in architecture is low.

Campus Life :

There is a campus in the college, although the college is located in a pretty good lane of JVPD. There is an annual event called Annuals usually in February during the elective week. It's a kind of fest and ends with the previous year's thesis panels and a discussion of it, followed by the convocation ceremony.

Admission :

One has to be 12th passed in PCM and also has to clear NATA entrance or JEE 2A paper. Once the results are declared, one has to participate in the CAP round conducted by MHTCET (entering the NATA or JEE 2A score on the website).

Faculty :

Faculty has their experise in the field Student teacher ratio is fine They also have visiting faculty who have their own practice. They encourage individual research and out of the box ideas and designs

Course Curriculum Overview:

The aspects that I considered were the fusion of design and engineering in this course which led me here. The curriculum is very practical and it does prepare you for real world. The teaching methods are very hands on . The exams aren't even that stressful to worry about. We just worry about our submissions.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The academic load is there but if at any point we have any difficulty in not completing the assignments, the faculty is understanding. It does affect the marks but you can always improve. The teaching schedule is planned and given to us. One main thing is that we started designing our own structures in first sem itself with plans elevations and sections and models of it. While the other colleges haven't done that.

Remarks:

In Architecture colleges there will be more expenses because we have to do so much work as models, etc. In Architecture colleges all the stationery is very expensive. Positive Remarks are those In college we can't get bored because there are lectures which are out of the college.

Remarks:

All in all the college is good. The knowledge of faculties is the main reason to opt for college. The only negative about the college is its connectivity from the rest of the city. The college is way off the main city and most of the time goes in traveling.

Entrance Preview:

I gave AIEEE and scored 123, but could not fill the form. And i gave NATA as well, scored 96 .I took admission in this college, as i got it by applying through MASA cap round.

Placement Experience:

There is no placement about opportunities, we make out portfolio and send it to different firms. If they like our work, they call us to inform we got the interview or the job.
