Incubation center is good it provides opportunities

No much placement opportunities and training and placement cell doesn't do their work properly
There is no good college events. In the name of event they just show dances of students
There is always fight between students. Ragging is still going on in college hostel

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose college based on the response from others but what I saw is entirely different. They just take lectures and leave no doubt-solving. No guidance all you have to do by yourself. They need a lot of improvement in their teaching skills and talking about exams, we have 3 mid-sem exams and one end-sem exam every semester.

Class Size: 120Course Fees: INR 93000 per year

Placement Experience

From the 7th semester, students are eligible for placement. Many companies visited including Goldman with an offer of 23 LPA, Duitch Bank with 19 LPA, cardekho, Accenture, and 40 other companies And approximately 250 got placed. The highest package was 23 lpa, the average was 4.5 lpa, and the lowest was 2 lpa. 40% got placed. And I am searching for a job.

Fees and Financial Aid

I have paid a constant amount every semester and the total cost was around 4 lakh including all charges. Available scholarships are post metric, MMVY, and fee waiver. I am not placed yet. But 45% are placed some are from the core and some in tech.

Campus Life

Once there was an annual fest called Ayaam but it closed due to a fight between students during the event and now no such events in college. A vast range of books in the library. No such facilities in the classroom only sitting and blackboard. There is a playground in the college but only hostel students can use that. So no opportunity for other students. 3 clubs in the college but all are inactive only NCC and NSS are somewhat active.

Admission

You have to qualify JEE mains exam and go for MP DTE counseling and based on your preference and your JEE rank you get the seat I got CSE at AIR 20677 rank. Admission is based on category, MP domicile, and gender also you are from NCC or not.

Faculty

3:100 is faculty-to-student ratio. The faculty didn't pay attention to students. Many faculty are just M.tech passed and few are P.hd. You can approach any faculty any time but they are not responsive they just avoid you or ask you to clear doubts online.

The college is average from the study and placement perspective but not so good in of extracurricular activities.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The main aim of me to choose these course that I have the interest to get the technical knowlege that how any technical works internally and what the mechanism it follws to work and what algorithm it follws to work and for these specific choise of me to chose these course makes me to choose these course. As the curriculum is not much focused on technical skills rather it is more inclined on theoritical concepts but it gives me the idea about how to get know about any other or the technical skills that we have'nt yet studied in an sequential manner through the theoritical knowledge but I urge to update the syllbus to more incline the curriculum to technical knowledge which gives students an idea of proper real-world applications. The course curriculum is too old now that are being followed by our college given by the university which does'nt matches with the latest technologies and should be improved and updated according to the latest technology and should be more inclined to the technical parts. The time duration of each sem. is for 6 months where the are 4 months of teaching and 1 month of exams and 1 month of break and there are two categories of semester odd and even where odd semester are little bit longes ther the even semester in the time duration.

Placement Experience:

As I wrote earlier too around 70% students are placed from our campus every year and that's not all. We also have around 5000 student size every year passing out but passing percentage of CSE and AI&ML is the highest of them all.

Placement Experience:

The placement cell of NRI Group is really very good and they placed students from 7th Semester of engineering and consistently they doing good placements. In NRI Group Of institutions Defence Services Also Serve there placement campaign some of our batchmates are selected indian army, navy respectively. I think in our batch the highest percentage of campus selection was around 70 percent And the package was 30 lakh.

Placement Experience:

From last year they are eligible to sit for college placements. For off-campus they are eligible from day 1. There are so many big companies like Meta amazon flipkart Infosys etc visited this year. Even the highest package is 1.95 crores. The highest package was 1.95 crores by Shivansh Gupta sir in meta. The average package is 25 lakhs. 100% of students get placed but 10-20 % choose higher studies in foreign.

I applied for IET davv but I kept it as second preference in MP dte counselling. Other options available for me were some IIITs and lower branches in NITs but I wanted to go for IT sector. Now reason for me for choosing this college was it was slight better than iet and slight lower than IIITs but fees of IIITs was very high, So I didn't applied for them. When I applied for sgsits suddenly they increased their fees. I had no option left other than iet or taking sgsits, but in between confusions and dilemma I choosen sgsits by suggestions of relatives and other elders. Admission process is done through MP dte counselling, based on jee mains rank. Cutoff of general category for IT branch is about AIR 45,000. The college is good in terms of placement and development of students

I have applied to many nits and I got seat in NIT bhopal in electronics and communication branch. But I chose Sgsits cse over nit bhopal ece because I wanted to pursue my career in cse and I have no interest in ece. The admission process of the college is easy . First filling of application through date and then if we get seat we have to report college for the final admission process which is just of 1-2 hours and after fee submission your admission is confirmed.
