Chandigarh University is one of the best place for a student after completing his/her 12th.
The infrastructure of the college is very good and give a cool vibe.
University also provides international exposure to the student. University also have a large number of international students from various countries.

Dislikes

Parking is not good

As a law student , University helps me in learn theoretical and practical aspects of law as they both are essential for us . The way of teaching is like that the professors covers both the theoretical parts as well as practical part.

The internship opportunities are provider by the college itself. The placement cell help us to find the internship and provides us best internship. Student get internship in many known law firms and companies.

The placement of college is very good. Approx. 150+ companies visited for the placement in the college. The placement percentage is more than 90percent which means out of 100 students 90 got on campus placement. The highest package of this year is 52.5lacsper annum.

Fees and Financial Aid

The tution fee of chandigarh University is nominal as compared to others and it also provides scholarship at the time of admission where a student can avail the scholarship upto 100 percent and to avail this in nest year student need to maintain a cgpa of 7.5.

Campus Life

The campus life of chandigarh University is best. Different different events are held time to time. The CU fest is also there , it is a 2 days events in which all the studenta participated and shows their skills.

Admission

The admission process is simple. For taking admission in Chandigarh University student have to give a entrance test of CUET. After it a student can get admission in the university. The fee for CUEt is Rs1000 only-/

Faculty

The faculty of the college is also very good and cooperative. Maximum faculty have an experience of more than 10 years and also they are PhD holders. The way of teaching is also very good , student can easily understand all the things. As i am a law student the faculty in my department are very knowledgeable and experienced.

RGNUL is a nice NLU!!

Placement Experience:

Law and arbitration firms and mostly from Delhi as it is the bed of law. AZB, Khaitan & Co, Cyril Amarchand and others probably the ones which most students are placed. Trilegal too has recently partnered with out college and every year 20 students are invited to intenr with them from our university.

RGUNL is really good!!

Placement Experience:

Around 60% students only gets direct placements from our college as ratio I hope gets better because as a top tier NLU i still feel the placements are still not that great. I hope that by the time our time comes ratio is 100% because after the judgement of 3 years practice for judiciary, I think it is inevitable to have a job.

RGNUL is Remarkable!!

Placement Experience:

Khaitan & Co., Maheshwari and Co and likewise many such companies came for placements as it's the law firm that provides us placements and give good salary like 50-70k in general. However, internships matters a lot as most students performance at their internships are reviewed thoroughly.

Fascinating college with Fascinating campus

Placement Experience:

For my law college, placement started this year. My college is offering DCPD and internships for students who are interested in On Campus placements. For other departments, the placements rate is 50%. Here, companies like Infosys, IBM, amazon, flipkart, microsoft, visit. Actually my goal is to become a judicial officer after degree.

Nice Environment of campus & highly affordable

Course Curriculum Overview:

The college is highly affordable with not much hike in the fees over the past years. It is quite near to my house and within the city. The college provides hostel facilities and bus pass to students travelling from far The course makes you legal literate and aware of the legal world . With 15-20days of internship in district court in last 2 years of the college it shows the reality of the court life. No placement- The college should provide information along with opportunities of placements. The campus being quite small - Teacher easily focuses on each student . Semester system- The university conducts exams every 6months yhat are quite easy to clear.

Chandigarh University: Is it worth the investment?

I didn't apply to any other college. I chose it because it was close to my home. The admission process to give CUCAT exam for which the fees is 1000 rupees. The passing marks are 40 out of 100.
