Remarks

Clat is the exam which you need to clear to get into college. The exam is generally conducted in May and the students getting a rank of approximately between 400-1000 can get this college if not in the first list, in the subsequent lists for sure.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

In all the school is the most incredible in its stream there may be a few issues however the understudy association of the colleges is extremely amazing to come over these issues. The school life here in RGNUL is generally excellent and accommodates the upliftment of the understudy in their demeanour in their scholastics just as there in their life.

Internships Opportunities

4

There is a temporary position cell in the College that gives you information about the temporary positions. For the underlying years, you get temporary positions without payment and you typically understudy under NGOs and in law offices from the second or third year

Placement Experience

4

We don't have a very good alumnus base, to be honest as most of the students choose PPOs or opt for higher studies abroad. Also, many students get placed in tier 2 law firms on an average package of 6-8 Lakhs. Others prefer to go for Judiciary

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions

RGNUL is a bit costly contrasted with other levels 2 NLUs as it has superior grounds among them all thus the expenses are a bit high. The expenses inside and outreaches to 2.4 Lakhs/year. Yet, an understudy can get various grants so it's basically fine for understudies

Campus Life

4

As I have not actually had the chance to see my school until further notice however as per what I have heard grounds life is enjoyable. There is a social advisory group to take care of the fests and all. Likewise library here is excellent, as I have online admittance to it. There are a lot of materials to allude. Committees run by understudies incorporate CASEL, LDC, CASIHR and so forth.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Our curriculum is quite interesting as we are studying ba+llb so we get to study 2 types of subjects firstly bachelor of arts and with that, till 3rd year we study law subjects which make us feel very interesting. Our curriculum is good it prepares us with real-world applications and further academic pursuits they make us study very well for exams. The teachers need to improve the area for example they should make us study for our competitive exams which will the beneficial for the students and they will also not waste their time in going to institutions.

The curriculum could be a little more practical rather than just theoretical, court visits are very few and there's no provision for placement through college so it is kinda like a big disappointment.

Placement Experience:

There is an active placement cell at college which provides us with internship and other job opportunities. The placement at the campus is quite average. Since our alumuni base is not much strong, not many Tier 1 companies come here. Most of the students turn towards off campus placements than on campus due to low number of students get placed at a good law firm.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The semester's duration although is of 6 months but that is just to say. In fact the semester is of 4 months only. That too after every 2 months they organise exams. Firstly Mid sem and then End sem. In short there's only burden of studies on the students and they doesn't bother to prepare the students for future aspects. Also their only focus is on theoretical study and not on practical.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is comprehensive and so far relevant as far as the subjects are their practicability is concerned. Many of top law colleges also abide by similar course curriculum. However, the course has a compulsory 15 day internship but only in the 5th year which is where I think it lacks real world understanding, no doubt students now are facilitated by faculty for internships in vacations. But regular court, mediation, or similar visits could make an impactful change. The teaching method of each teacher varries accordingly and is understandable. But where the semester system often is of 6 months, giving students enough time to learn and prepare, comparatively the semester in this university end within 4 months, and there is a gap of merely one month between mid terms that cover half or even more than half of syllabus and end semester exams i.e finals.
