Course Curriculum Overview
In chemistry, the syllabus is just awesome. Since we are doing an integrated course, we are learning the MSc topics also. And the design of the curriculum is such that when we learn one course, there will be no repetition. We won't study that again in any other semester. The courses are also helping us to copeup with the real world.
Fees and Financial Aid
The tuition fee for integrated MSc chemistry is 1,04500. Hostel & mess fees are separate. Yes, there are some scholarships that exist. We are joining through here after attending some tests and interviews. If you perform well in that you will get some scholarships like 75%, 50% & 25% fee reduction. And obviously, some amount of caution deposit is also there.
Campus Life
The infrastructure of the campus is so good and the atmosphere is also. But coming to the best part barely we will get one or two. Gokulashtami is the most grand fest here. It's basically the celebration of Sreekrishna Jayanthi. The library facility is one of the great attractions here. It has a massive collection of books and journals.
Admission
Eligibility for applying for the course is plus two passes with a minimum of 50%. After applying they will call you for an interview & test. First, they will conduct a test based on our understanding of the subject. After that, there will be an interview. In that, they will be asking about our interest areas in the subject and some basics about that.
Faculty
We can approach our faculties at any time we want. They are actually very supportive. But at the same time, in every situation there are exceptions. So here also we can see some exceptions in a very small manner. Overall the faculties are always ready to clear our queries.
