Campus life is exciting it involves lot of activity sich as sports dance and all also every friday we have design thinking activity which helps i sharpen out brain. We also have Diwali and many fest specially our day, our day at soil starts with a morning circle which help us to feel refresh throughout the day

Admission process is great in soil school of business design it starts with gdpi round in which the students are separated into different groups and they are given a topic in which they have to say followed by a design thinking activity which is very unique in this also students are divided into a group and they have given a problem that they have to solve by working on the team together and then followed by personal interview The admission process of soil is very unique and interesting

Interview Experience

Group discussion part is very good we were divided into a group of 10 students and then we were provided a topic and given a 5 minutes to think about it and it goes on for atleast 20 to 30 minutes in which each students gets a chance to keep theirs point of view

We had a separate cell of internship cell and also the task performance cell. Every student is required to complete summer internships in the months of April and May, and firms for these SIPs begin soliciting applications in the month of October. During our placement drive, over 100 firms visited our campus and offered reasonable offers, including Bain Capability Network, KPMG, Infosys Consulting, Deloitte, Xiaomi, Infosys Consulting, Capgemini, Phable, Genpact, and others. The highest CTC offered was 22.8LPA, with a median CTC of 13.5LPA. Companies from a variety of industries come to the college to hire students from a variety of fields.

The college provides 100% placements with big brands coming to the campus. Remarks:

One of the reasons for this could be the geographical proximity of the institute since it was pretty close to my house. The constant assistance we got from the faculty members served on top of a top-notch infrastructure. Everyone is pretty friendly here and the social life is pretty decent. Corporate exposure is magnificent.

Remarks:

Our college is good in terms of faculty but the campus needs to be developed more in terms of the facilities being provided to the students like physical environment like canteen development otherwise if we talk about teaching pedagogy it adopts case study method which is the best way of understanding the practical situation and its good in terms of placements also.

An enriching one year journey

Anyone with a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of work experience is eligible to enroll. The application forms along with deadlines are clearly stated on their website. Scholarships are also available based on Academics, Family income, and if parents belong to a defense background. There are 3 rounds in the interview process starting with the STAT test, then the Group discussion, and finally the personal interview round post in which an offer of admission is released. There are also some essays the student is required to write and submit as part of the admission process. The entire process can span anywhere between 10-15 days and sometimes longer depending on the slot availability.
