Course Curriculum Overview

Theri main focus is on Design thinking and the their Values .They also do such type of engaging session where industry experts gave their insights and tell us all about corporate world and it was really very fasinating

Class Size: 300Course Fees: INR 1400000 per year

They provide scholarship on the basis of need based , Army based and all Where they provide almost 2 lakhs off on their fees .They provide you certain roles related to program office which give you certain skillset

Social aspects of the student and the faculty is well diversed they all belongs from a good culture and the club they formed are choosing the right candidtae for the right position which shows the value and ethics of an institution

The College is really good and the faculties extra curriculum activities .This programs really focus on Design Thinking and their Values .The way they design the whole program is design on the five principle of SOIL

GLIM Placements start from the beginning of 2nd year as till then we are also done with our intenrships. Also, placements here are lesser than that of Chennai but still median of GLIM is around 15 lakhs which is much better than other B-Schools of NCR.

Remarks:

The college is excellent. The college is only 11 year old. According to me it will take more time to enter elite college list. IIM Rohtak has NIRF ranking of 23, which is far better than older established colleges. This is a positive sign and I am sure college will grow in leaps and bounds in coming years.

Remarks:

First thing is that it's not just a college, it's a govt. University which affiliates many other colleges in the state, it provides more than 80 type of courses, it have a vast area campus of around 600 acres with many departments and around 3 auditoriums. It is one of the top most Universities of Haryana.

I applied to several colleges for my PGDM, including SOIL School of Business Design, IBS,IMI Bhuvneshwar. I received confirmed admissions from SOIL . I chose SOIL over others due to its unique focus on leadership and personal development through programs like the '5 Pillars of Inspired Leadership,' which align well with my career goals in marketing. Additionally, SOIL has a strong industry network. I didn’t make it to IMT Ghaziabad due to a lower score in the group discussion round, where I felt I could have presented my arguments more effectively. The competition was intense, and I learned the importance of structured communication in such rounds. The admission process at SOIL was straightforward.
