Campus is like heaven.. various facilities are provided by college like SAC(Student Activity Centre) ..Even badminton courts and common room is provided along with gym ..
The new lecture hall is futuristic... Tech labs along with classroom in various departments are excellent

The academic stress so much especially in core branches..

The exam level of core branches is very difficult especially in electrical branch .. The checking is very strict and even you can't get pass in you basic electrical exam in case you have very strict professor

I am in second year so. I don't know much about it so much but you can definitely have good intership opportunities as you have tag of nit and you can apply for various internships in various companies

Placement Experience

The highest package is around 1.5 cr and average package is somewhere around 10 lakh one can easily grab tha offer of 7-8 lpa even in core branches.. The placement in core branches is also very good but not in civil .

Fees and Financial Aid

For general it is very high somewhere around 75000 prr sem but if you EWS or other caste certificate you fees is 13450 prr sem which is highly affordable.. Even it provides various scholarships so not much expensive.

Campus Life

Infrastructure of college is excellent and fests are very less but you will enjoy it. Especially the Hillfair and it helds in September.. various clubs and technical clubs are provided for personal growth

Hostel Facilities

Hostel facility is good but not in Himadri hostel there is water shortage but in other hostels food is good and one of best hostel is kbh from where sac LH gym all are very close.. like you can reach in 1-2 minute

Hostel Fee: INR 60000 per year

Admission

Basically I belong to SC category and I got electrical with 92 percentile with home state quota .. any one with home state quota can easily get admission in NIT Hamirpur.. not the cse but in other core branches

Faculty

Most of the teachers are highly qualified... They pursued their PHD from reputed IIT's . And many teachers are extraordinary like done many research works .. You can check the profile of Dr. Jai Prakash to better to judge the faculty

I choose this course their because they teachee with new technologies and latest equipments. They prepares for opportunities from campus and outside the campus too. Placement Experience:

The placement in the college is very good with average package of 7 to 10 lpa. The companies that visited the college are infosys, accenture, Axino, amazon , KPMG etc. The students become eligible for placement in the 7th semester. The highest package ever got from the college is 50lakhs. A lot of company from differnt backgrouds come for the placements oin the colleges for differnt roles as well and for differnt departments as well. Some are mass company and some just take 5-6 students according to their need . The highest pacakage that a student gor from college is 50 LPA from google and the average package is 5LPA . More than 70% students are already placed fro the campus . As of know i want get experience by working in a company.

My overall experience with Shoolini University

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose biotechnology that too with btech and not bsc was because I needed to learn basic programming as well as other elements that are already taught in bsc courses. Whole syllabus was connected to industry and had real world examples. Course could have more practical classes for few subjects like c++. Frequency was okay. In a semester, 3 exams are not too hectic and keep us upto date with the syllabus ongoing and that too relevant with the course so moderate in difficulty level.

Placement Experience:

The students become eligible for placem from 6 th semester and many coma visit the university I don't know the actual number but these include all major banks , Deloitte, Algo8Ai and many more big companies. The highest package of university is 42lpa and I don't know exact average package but it could be around 7 to 8 lpa. Our university offers 100% placement.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I always want to opt CS due to my interest in programs and computer. Their curriculum train us to get a proper software engineer,it includes communication skills course and labs and student can choose what they want to learn from second or third year from different fields. The curriculum includes lots of practical files and assignment which takes lot of time and causes student to practice less their own and they often engage in completing practical files by using chatgpt and copy others.

Great college

Course Curriculum Overview:

I am devender singh on how my Collage canvas looks. The colors were crisp and clear. My work did not loose any detail. I appreciate the fact that Collage presents so many layout choices. The actual workmanship done to create my canvas is neat and concise. This is the best I've seen up to now and I've used other companies prior. Lastly when I had an issue regarding delivery from USPS Customer Service was superb in responding to, interacting with and assisting me in resolving it.

Placement Experience:

Percentage doesn't matter in these type of colleges the things which is matter most is Quality. If you have any special quality then anyone can't stop you to get placed. My plans was so different. I wanted to go for civil services so I choose another way.

For getting admission in this course you have to clear jee mains. For general if from other state(for getting dual cs mtech+btech) you have to get above 98.7%ile.
