Likes
- The campus is so good . The atmosphere and the places here are very soothing. The renovations here is really great and we could say that it's a clean campus. The bathrooms are all clean .
- Girls have retiring rooms which have a sick room study hall and bathrooms changing rooms etc.
Dislikes
- The dress codes for girls are so unfair.neat and modest dresses can be demanded. But it's a bit extreme here. The programmes and fests are only for some specific departments. The lack of waste disposal bins are a problem here.
Course Curriculum Overview
Geology is one of the best course you can study if you're concentrating on professional courses.it have various branches. And our placement cell is working efficiently which assures job and internships in major companies and foreign countries. Geology is easy to study for people who love science. But you need to read more and more inordwr to crack exams,as there's no textbook for geology . Only degree is not enough for you to get a job but doing masters will get you enough qualification for higher studies or jobs.
Fees and Financial Aid
The few structure is very affordable and the college provides scholarships and helping programmes for students . Sem wise fee is only 10-30 k. The college provide scholarship for minority categories and they have plans and concessions for students. Campus placement cell is working effectively.christ college provide scholarship for students who aspire to study abroad.
Campus Life
Christ is known for its fests. The college conduct programmes for special days and the inaugurations of clubs.and other departments activities. Here we have different clubs which students can participate. The office works are fully digitalized and every classroom is provided with CCTV and projector facilities. The library is alright digitalised. With a audio library and studying hall and a big reference session. Extra caricular activities are encouraged here . And in arts and sports field ,the management is very interested. Every student have their own student portal which enable us to have information and do things more easily and effectively.
Admission
With my Marks the admission was easy. Christ college gives importance to extra caricular activities and the gracemarks provided by that . It will help you to get an admission in merit seats. We have general merit , community, and sports quotas.the exams are conducted on time. The admission procedure is made easy for students and parents.
Faculty
There are enough faculty for students here. Christ college irinjalakkuda have the most number of students studying. And we have enought faculty staffs here.the lecturers are very friendly and they help students in acquiring the high quality education and other life values. Teachers are well qualified. But the teachers are often against participating in extra caricular activities because of the lose of class hours. And they often don't upload the attendance in the college's official website ,resulting in attendance shortage. The lectures are really plain and boring yet they cover all the portions.
