Nature freindly campus it is the most beautiful university as according to tha campus is totaly green with trees.
Discipline is the main feature of any university they are have best disciplined university in north india
They have highly specialised well equiped labs for biotech students

Dislikes

The main thing i dislike is that in such a better university there is no placement company for bio tech students

My opinion to chose this feild is that biotechnology is the best scientific strem u can choose if u love biology or scientific work.according to me if we want to improve this feild then we hve to spend more time in labs that we can learn or reccorect the things practical knowledge is ver very important in this feild. Exam difficulty level is based upon the things teachers teach u in the class

Best things are shoolini have their own government registered national pk khosla cancer researsh centre in the campus in which shoolini provide the internship to almost all the student in the campus if u want to do internship somewhere else u can do it

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees stucture of biotechnology in shoolini university is 110000 for one semester each smester is of 6 months there is many scholarships like sports qouta,sc,st,obc,ews or more good scholarship for the student. Shoolini provide the scholarship also on the basis of the percentage score in board exam .

Shoolini provides one of the best infrastructure in north india as shoolini is in solan himachal pardesh they have very beautiful nature freindly enviorment we have sports complex gym ground badminton court basketball court football ground or many extra thing our shoolini is all green as it is covered with mountains and the pine trees

Admission

Courses are eligible only based upon the stream we have choose in 12th standard .they took an entrace scholarship test in which we can get scholarships as according to our score . Addmission process is very easy there is no need to worry we have to pay 20000 for seat reservation which is adjust in fees in the addmission process

Faculty

When we talk about facaluty to students ratio obsviously like others college the professor only help that student who want to learn the things teachers take also online classes of students after college also some time if students want to repeat the lecture the mentors for research and guide is very help full . Teachers are very kind to all the students like a freind

Interview Experience

Yes there is interview for some course in bioengineering for the selection of the student who are want to part of the reaseach programs. Test pattrrn for scholar ship is based upon the 12th slaybus and some reasoning questions

Students are eligible for placement from 7th semester. Some of the big tech giants visit us like google , Microsoft, Oracle, Samsung, Texas Instruments, Uber, Paytm, walmart, Flipkart, amazon, etc. Offers made in 2022-23 are more than 150 where company count was more than 70. Highest package is around 63 LPA (INDIA) whereas more than 1 CR (Out of India). Average package is around 33 LPA in 2022-23. Almost 80%+ students sitting in placement gets placed (according to 2022-23 data). My plan is to join tech firm either as SDE or Data Scientist.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum in electrical is very practical and real-life based. in real-life applications, we have to do LAB courses and research seminars with good professors. some courses are very helpful like Electrical Machines, Digital Electronics, Analog Electronics, Electromechanics, Control Systems, Power Systems, Design Practicum, etc. We learn a lot of things from the above Courses. we have to learn that type of course which is based on electrical engineering but our college teaches us some HSS courses like English, Basic Communication skills, psychology and economics. for improvement in teaching methods colleges should take all classes in offline mode not in online mode because in it students can't understand. There are majorly two exams in our college Midsem and Endsem. endsem is more difficult compared to Midsem.

My overall experience with Shoolini University

I applied to Chandigarh University and Lovely Professional University on the side and both had confirmed admission after a personal interview round. I didn't had rejection but based on nirf rankings, location, course I wanted to study didn't really match with these two universities. Admission process starts with submission of a registration form and then a counsellor will be assigned to you and he or she will guide you throughout the process and even help you choose the course based on your interest. You'll be giving a interview and after that you'll be selected for the given program you applied to. You can avail for various scholarships on the side as well. Eligibility is 55% for ig programs and 60% in pg programs. Exams valid are jee or neet score for my course that was btech biotechnology. These two are most preferred but neet was given a preference as it's biotechnology. Cut off for neet and jee exam are as follows: 137/720 and 93.1.
