- The building and architecture is one the main reason why I liked Wilson. The aesthetic of the college is so classy and gives you the colonial times experience
- The location of the college which is right in front of Girgaon Chowpatty, is another attraction as many of the times lectures are held at beach which is quite exciting.
Dislikes
- Slow management is one of the thing I don't like about Wilson.
- Quadrangle of the college should be developed as it is very uneven ground also the basketball ground is not well maintained
Course Curriculum Overview :
There are many clubs in the college such as Muktangan Cultural Centre, Rotaract, Nature's Club and NSS. They are more of handled by students but I feel college should be concern and put efforts as well.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The fee of the course is decent which is 25000/- yearly. Comparatively it is very affordable. One can also pay it in installments. For the SC/ST quota the fee is just 600/- . Also the scholarships are available for the economically backward class students.
Campus Life :
My overall Wilson experience was so great as I have been a curricular enthusiast and participated in each and every fest of the college. Which eventually helped me to make more friends, memories and contacts in the college. The college has huge library containing thousands of books of all genres which are easily accessible to all students. College offers boxing training which is a great opportunity for sports lovers .
Admission :
There is no entrance exam. The admission process is completely depends on the 12 th marks. Usually the cut off is around 90% which can reduce upto 83% till the 4th list. For every stream the cut off is different. The highest if for arts and lowest is for science.
Faculty :
Faculty of Mass Media Department is very helpful and polite. They are working so hard for the betterment of students. Last year because of all faculty member's effort our department had our own Media Lab which is great achievement. All the gadgets are being purchased to make it more advanced.
