The course curriculum at VIIT offers a comprehensive and relevant theoretical and practical skills. It's focus on cutting-edge technologies, interdisciplinary projects and industry collaborations , significantly influenced my decision to take this course. The inclusion of advanced topics like artificial intelligence, data science and internet of things ensures that the students are well prepared for real world problems. However there is a need of providing more electives in order to allow students to tailor their education based on their interests. The exams are challenging, yet fair encouraging a deep understanding of the subject.

VIIT students benefit from wide range of intership opportunities that enhance their practical skills and industry knowledge. Renowned companies such as TCS, Accenture, Capgemini and Zensor etc. provides internships with roles such as software development, data analyst and consultant etc. often with stipends ranging from INR 10,000 to INR 20,000 per month.

The placement scenario at VIIT Pune is impressive, with students becoming eligible for placements from seventh semester. Renowned companies such as TCS, Accenture, Capgemini and L&T Infotech regularly visit campus, offering numerous jobs opportunities. The highest package offered last year was 44 lpa with average package of 7.5 lpa. The profile offered range from software development and data analysis to consultancy and core engineering roles. Around 85% students secure placements. My plans is to use my skills to become a software developer in future.

The fee structure of VIIT is designed to be competitive and reflective of the quality of education provided. The total cost of education encompasses the tution fees, service fees and other mandatory charges such as laboratory, library and examination fees which is total of 186000. The tution fees may increase 5-10 % annually. VIIT offers various scholarships and financial aid options including merit based scholarships and government scholarships.

My overall experience with campus life has been enriching and vibrant. The campus buzzes with social and cultural activities, with annual festivals like 'Vishwakarandak' and 'Vishwatech' typically held in February and March, respectively, offering a platform for students to showcase their talents. The library is well-stocked with books and journals. The classrooms are equipped with modern facilities. The campus also boasts sport facilities and extracurricular activities. Their are numerous clubs in college like GDSC, NSS, Rotaract etc. which helps in person as well as professional growth.

The admission process at VIIT Pune is well structured and straight forward. Eligibility for the course requires a strong academic background in PCM along with competitive scores in entrance exams like JEE mains and MHt-CET. The admission takes place through CAP rounds. The reservation benefits for SC/ST, OBC and EWS categories are available with scholarships.

The faculties are having master degrees and PhD in their domains. The faculties are excellent in teaching and mentorship. They are always available to support the students. The faculty's approachability and willingness to assist students in both academic and professional pursuits significantly inhance the overall educational experience at VIIT college, Pune.
