I liked the infrastructure of our college.It is very good compared to most of the autonomous clgs
Cultural events are way too good in the campus and they happen frequently
The teaching faculty is also very good,they let students try to find the answers on their own

Dislikes

The campus placements percentage is less and it needs to be more

Course Curriculum Overview

My course is CSE( computer science and engineering) nd the subjects they teach in the college are very much related to the course.We have a programming lab every Thursday and we even have theory classes of those concepts that are needed in the lab and the curriculum prepares us for applications too,they teach examples and problems that are likely to be asked in placements

Class Size: 83Course Fees: INR 115000 per year

Placement Experience

The placements of the IIITDM kancheepuram have been dropped due to covid and has been recovering from since then,the placements rate has been dropped and even the average package has been decreased,from semester 5 students become eligible for placements,the percentage of students getting placed is 90%

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure depends on reservations and it is somewhat less compared to many autonomous colleges,many scholarships are provided and placements (employment opportunities) are average and you can rely on your skills to get your placement and the package

Campus Life

The campus life is good,we have many fests out of which there's a technical fest names vashisht,our biggest fest samgatha and Meraki.Library is available everyday in the campus and there are many books there which are useful.Air conditioning is switched on during the classes in halls so that students can study freely.Sports are very much encouraged in the campus and we even have NSO,NCC,SSG options available to choose.There are many clubs like cinematics ,mars,dance and they let students explore various things in the college

Hostel Facilities

The hostels are somewhat good compared to many hostels out there.All the essential things are provided in the room like bed,fan,a study table ,cupboard.Meal quality is not that good and the food tastes bad,but the menu is infinite

Hostel Fee: INR 115000 per year

Admission

The admission process was quite easy and all the documents needed are the crucial ones which you have almost.JEE exam is considered for cutoff and the course u choose depends on the cutoff.The only thing that needs to be improved is the place needs to be bigger where which they happen to have to admission process

The faculty are previous graduates of various iits and nits and they teach very good,we understand the concepts very clearly and we even ask doubts if there and get them clarified,the teachers even teach the proof of the formulae

Exploring SNSCT in my POV

Placement Experience:

For campus placements students of the 4th year or 7th semester are the eligible ones. Multiple companies like zoho,apple,TCS,CTS, accenture etc have come and multiple small companies too. But the intake for the big and reknown MNCs were low from abt 2-3 candidates only.the placement here is 100% but the companies may vary.My future goal is to go for a government official stream after I finish my masters abroad.

College with good environment, teaching and placements

Placement Experience:

On doing 6th semester companys are coming for placements. But most of the companys come in the 7th semester. There is a lot of companies come here like Embedur, Honeywell,Caterpillar,Zoho,Tcs, Accenture,Hcl,Ltimindtree,Cts,etc.. Around 75-85 percentage of students got offer. The Highest package is 20lpa amd lowest is 3.36lpa. I have to go to IT company for work.

I applied to NIT CALICUT NIT SURATKAL, NIT TRICHY. For my trial round i got nit suratkal for EEE. But i shifted it to down and kept iiitdmk up..I chose this as it was the only college with Smart Manufacturing. Course and i was intrested in the way the curriculum was set including Cs,ece,eee Nd mechanical.As my jee score was not great to enter cse courses in nit calicut i got rejected there.
