Course Curriculum Overview

I opted the course because of the interest in islamic banking and its scope in outer countries.The curriculum prepares for the further academic pursuits very effectively.But,it will be very useful when practical sessions are available in the course.The exam timings are not that much difficult.

Safi college is an autonomous college with NAAC A++ and it has lot of UG and PG courses.The fee for bachelor of arts ,bcom,bba are 9000 per semester and for BSc courses are 11250,18750,19500 for particular courses.PG courses have fee of 18750,37500,42000 etc per semester.There are college management scholarships in the college

Campus Life

Campus life was very enjoyful and colouful for me.There are elections in the college and the elected students union conducts all different programmes for students.Festive seasons are attractive to the college also

Admission

Eligibility of my course is +2 with 70% and above.Applcation forms are available in college website .There are reservations for sc/st ,obc,..etc.The internal exams are happening weekly and sem exams in 6months

Faculty

Effectiveness and qualifications of teaching staffs are high.The lot of the teachers of the college have PhD and others are qualified in UGC NET.Teachers can teach all the levels of ratio of students in their skill and knowedge.All teachers are caring us like parents

The curriculum is suitable for the modern age of teaching,the way of education is well balanced with projects, assignments, presentations and also notes .we have reading assignments where the faculty members ask us to read an entire book and give our review on it.the exams are quiet moderate and in my opinion teachers should use more ai tools as a learning aid which will be more effective for the students

Great life from college

Placement Experience:

From the last semester pass out we a re eligible for the campus recruitment for job or placement. So many companies visit us for the interview or some checking like , hero honda , maruti suzuki etc. the main reason for it was a low amount of budget is that get from this placement maybe 15 thousand let month ect. Only the company can take the students for it so the percentage of the students who getting placement will change in every year. My plan was to get an admission in the central government University for doing master of degree in History. And try the best exam called upsc.

Course Curriculum Overview:

There are many aspects of the curriculum that infulenced my decision to choose BA English Literature in St. Berchmans College. Their syllabus is far more challenging and interesting than what other colleges and universities offer in Kerala. The examinations and overall assessment of projects and grades are top-tier and is comparatively difficult to obtain. The course steadily provides good quality information and knowledge on English Litearture and readies the student to be more than qualified for further studies in English Literature or any related courses. The areas where they can improve in the course curriculum is through availing more optional courses such as various other language courses/philosophy related courses to be selected. Their teaching environment can also be improved by improving basic infrastructure in the classrooms such as airflow etc. They conduct their exams freequently and on time. The examinations are challenging but necessary for overall improvement in students

SAFI is one of the best college in kerala

As i mentioned earlier i got admission through online seat allotment by Lakshadweep Education Administration on the basis of Merit rank list for plus two passed students. SAFI college was my first option chosen for seat allotment because i wanted to enjoy college life like my cousin who also pass out from the same college.
