IIT(ISM) Dhanabad is considered as one of the best IIT

The course computer science engineering is really demanding among Btech students these days. The biggest reason to choose this course is of course the placements . As the highest package and the highest average package also goes from our branch. Exams are held like you have mid semester exams and end semester exams with 2-4 quizzes depending on the courses and some courses doesn't have quizes and stuffs they professors just gives us assignments.

Companies like microsoft, amazon ,flipkart ,wipro ,accenture ,infosys and more with stipend upto 1 lakh. Amazon offers SDE role intern for students. One should atleast make 1 project after the end of 4th semester.

After you're 4th semester you can sit for internships provided by different companies. Career development centre (CDC) which is our placement cell helps really in this process. Based on interships. Companies often give PPOs to the students. Highest package was 58 lakh per annum with average pacakage of 15 lakh per annum. 90-95% successfully gets placed from our college

Fee structure is 12 lakh approx( including mess charges and other fee) if you're a general/obc category student with income greater than 5 lakh per annum. SC/ST students doesn't pay the tuition fees they just pay the mess charges.

There are annual cultural fest- srijan,technical fest -concetto, geomining fest -khanan and sports fest prakaram held every year. Our central library is the 2nd largest library in Asia. The classroom are well air conditioned with smart boards. We have an upper and lower ground . We have techinical and cultural clubs which helps students to learn and interact with seniors of same interests

We have Rosaline for Btech girls students and jasper and aquamarine for Btech boys students. Each rooms have 2 student residing. Every hostel has its own separate mess with mess charge of 18K per semester.

One should clear JEE ADVANCED exam with a decent rank. The application form, application fess and application dates are available on our institute website (www.iitism.ac.in). OBC/SC/ST students have reservation also if you're a female candidate you have 20% more seats reserved here. Exams are taken on a good pace with mid semester examination and mid semester examination with sufficient time gap.

Faculties here are well educated from top universities across the globe. They are really helpfull in academic related stuffs but one have to manage 75% attendance as faculties do not help in this situation. The teachers are really interactive and you can always reach them through emails .
