A review on Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya

The course curriculum at our college is highly rated in terms of relevance and comprehensiveness, offering a well-rounded educational experience that prepares students for both real-world applications and further academic pursuits. Specifically, the aspects of the curriculum that influenced my decision to choose this course include its emphasis on practical learning experiences, industry-relevant projects, and internships. Curriculum is based on syllabus for competitive exams to help students face career challenges in the future.

We got internship opportunities from national institute of biologicals, Noida up. The training is on quality control of biologicals providing us exposure to certain techniques that has been used in quality control diagnosis of biological drugs.

Students have to pay their semester fee every semester which is around 13000 per semester for masters program in biotechnology. No any other few like exam and tuition fee is charged. Separate fee for students residing in hostel and mess is charged which is around 12000 per year for hostel and 3150 mess charges per month. Scholarships- Gat b students get 5000 per month Cg scholarship (for students belonging from chhattisgarh) and central government scholarship is provided for other students.

My overall experience with campus life has been incredibly enriching, with a strong emphasis on social engagement, club involvement, and excellent infrastructure support. The annual and technical festivals add vibrancy to campus life. Various fests and expos has been organised. Our library is a treasure trove of knowledge, offering a wide range of books and journals that are easily accessible to students. Whether it's for research projects or leisure reading, the library's extensive collection caters to diverse interests and academic pursuits. Classrooms are equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and technological provisions, enhancing the learning experience. From multimedia projectors to interactive whiteboards, these resources facilitate interactive and engaging teaching sessions.

For PhD separate entrance examination is conducted as vret (Vishwavidyalaya research entrance test). Admission reservation as per central government rules. Admission process is pure and no any management quota is available as per my knowledge.
