Likes
- The greenry ,the love with nature,the peace here is far better than expectations.
- No ragging is done here. So students feel safe here.
- Rooms are well furnished and hostels have indoor badminton courts ground, tt court etc.
Dislikes
- Hectic schedule especially for first year after that it is somewhat relaxed.
- Some faculties are bad at their stuff yet some are exceptionally good but some don't know much about their subject.
Course Curriculum Overview
Curriculum is now aligned with nep. So it's quite good to have basic understanding of all the fields in first year. And then they proceed with specializations. Difficulty of exams vary from subject to subject overall the level is moderate.
Internships Opportunities
FAANG companies visit here they shortlist candidates based on their skills. And provide them with placement or intern opportunities. Every year good no. Of individuals get high packages. So overall I would say this college is good for placement (considering cse other branches I don't have much info.)
Placement Experience
Students after 2nd year can apply/appear for summer internship or along with winter intern programs thereby making their resume good . Placement are started when a student enters the 4th year in btech and companies start visiting the campus. They offer good packages highest was 2 crore off campus 1.73 cr on campus And min was 8 lpa
Fees and Financial Aid
Overall cost will be around 8 lakhs for general for 4 years cse btech. Students having less family income are welcomed with scholarships. As a first year student Tuition fee is 60000 per semester and hostel fee for first sem was 40000 with security and in next it was 25200.
Campus Life
The infrastructure is very nice. Surrounded by the lush green environment it makes student mindset clear from any kind of distraction. Annual sports event is also organized every year called as lalkaar (you can search more on lalkaar)
Hostel Facilities
Hostels infrastructure is very good. The food they offer is of good quality and mess menu changes from time to time. In a room every bed is occupied with their personal fan and big almirahs. Overall spending a year there was very relaxing.
Admission
Admission was done through josaa counseling. After reaching the college we were instructed to go the auditorium to complete the registration process . Faculties were incharge for the registration process and seniors were helping us in any kind of doubt etc.overall registration process was well structured.
Faculty
Faculty to student ratio is 1:90 Every Faculty has done their PhD in respective dept. And they are helpful too. Their way of teaching us quite good. Talking about interaction with faculties , you can interact call your faculties for any problem whether it's academic or non academic in working hours and they will be ready to help you.
