Course Curriculum Overview

4

The course computer science is a very good course and has a good scope in future. They teach us from basics to advance Coding htms css etc. The exam is conducted in evening slot which according to me is good. The difficulty level is not to much if you have a good knowledge of the subject then you can score easily

Internships Opportunities

4

Endless internship opportunities are provided throughout the year. In addition Internship fairs are also held every year where companies come and offer you internships along with the benefits and stipend. Different companies have different eligibility criteria and they selected candidates accordingly. Internships opportunities are provided throughout the year the placement cell of the college does this work

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes the fee is increased every year Total complete cost is around 50000-60000(not completely sure) Many scholarships scheme are there and are provided to students, interested and eligible ones can apply. Rest I don't have much knowledge about this

Campus Life

4.5

The campus experience was very good. You get exposure in the campus get to meet students of different cities and get to know them. The interesting thing is that there are many interesting societies and clubs in which you can participate and become a part of it. You get certificates for the same. Annual fests season starts in February and ends in April. All the colleges of DU organise their fests and invite all the DU students. The societies of the colleges also organise fests of their own. The libraries are easily accessible you need to just fill some requirements and provide some information of yours and get a card from there which you can use throughout the year. All the required Books and other reading material is available in the libraries you can either sit and read there or can get them issued .

Hostel Facilities

2.5

Hostel facilities are there in the main campuses south and north. Mostly students prefer to reside in private hostels. Different hostels offer different facilities. Some provide meals and some don't. Students chose hostels aur pgs according to their comfort.

Admission

The admission process during our time was completely online. You've to submit the online form along with the required documents. The application form are available on University's official site. After few months the cutoff lists are released according to which students can apply for different courses according to their scored marks. The entrance exam is difficult, you need to prepare thoroughly for the same. Students participating in Sports and extra curricular activities have extra benifits they can apply in sports and ECA categories.

Faculty

4

The faculty members are very good and Frank. They are very helpful and always ready to support you whenever you need them. They have a very good knowledge of their subject and they deliver it to us in a very effective manner. We always felt free to approach them for our doubts and problems.

Course Curriculum Overview:

British classics, Indian writing, postcolonial literature builds a strong foundation in literary analysis, critical thinking, and interpretation, which are useful skills. As for comprehensiveness, the curriculum is quite broad. It covers multiple literary periods, genres, and critical theories over the three years, so you’re not really missing out on the essentials. In that sense, it feels academically complete. But sometimes, it leans more towards breadth over depth you move quickly from one topic to another.

Placement Experience:

There's a placement cell and placement drives do happen in college but genuinely the package offered is not really considerable. After the 4th semester students are considered to sit in the placement drives though I would say it is not very efficient and fruitful.

Placement Experience:

Placements are available in college, the drive is quite extensive, everyone is made aware of the choices and options and counselling is present too. It is from the third year, students are eligible to apply for placements. Companies and organisations take part such as Niti ayog, Times, Geostrata, Prajatantra foundation, etc. Those who desire usually work on their CVs, keep on doi internships and then get a placement. The packages are not that impressive to be honest.

The course offers many things for students interms of their further academic pursuits or any placement they are looking for. Talking about the areas of improvement and teaching methods there are none. The exams of the respective subject are to happen. They take test 1 , test 2 and there is final exams.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I got a seat in Ramjas College. It is a north-campus college. The infrastructure is too good compared to the remaining colleges. The teaching also going well but I faced some language problems. I'm from south India so I don't understand Hindi properly. But here mostly they teach in Hindi only and English is used very rarely.
