Likes

The cafeteria is quite good plus the food is alright
The infrastructure is quite good and open space
The environment is also good and the people as well

Dislikes

No singer coming in fest this year so disappointed
The ratio is quite bad so it's socially it's weidd
The faculty is south indian so a bit language problem

The course is quite alright as per the btech curriculum but it also requires us to study a lot of irrelevant subject's that are not related to the course and does not provide any growth further, plus a lot of theory work is there

The fees per year is around 1.4 lakh rupees and there are different scholarships available plus those are really helpful and as of the placement: they. Are quite alright the avg package has dipped a bit this year

Admission

The admission process was based of the jee mains entrance exam and there are reservations available for the backward classes and there is management quota also available so the admission process is quite alright

Faculty

The faculty is quite qualified and helps quite effectively during exams also provides extra assignments and dpps for practice and behavior wise also goood but some of them are a bit rude other than that goood

Course Curriculum Overview:

Jims is a ipu college, so yeah curriculum depends entirely on ipu University. First year is similar for all btech courses. Or is easy to earn marks in lab and soft skill subjects but maths or physics is hard. Your 12th basics should be very good, else these two subjects will affect your overall SGPA badly.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course structure is good of btech but there there is only thing I don't like is that in btech course the subjects in first year are not related to career of students because there is physics, chemistry other irrelevant subjects present in first year but in second year the course become interesting and relevant. Curriculum is good and prepare well for real world applications. The exams comes frequently every month there is a class test but class tests are moderate on the basis of there difficulty level.

Great learning and internship Support

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for placements in the final year. The college offers basic placement training and assistance. Some local and local-level comanies even visit for campus recruitment with average offers. Average package: 2-4 LPA, highest around 9-10 LPA 60-90 percent students get placed. My plan is to develop my skills and attain a good job or go for higher studies after degree.

Placement Experience:

From 8th sem clg placement starts the companies like infosys hcl tcs airtel and many more comes the highest package was rs 12.50 lakh by a senior girl of btech and the avg package is 6 lakhs around 90 percent+ get the placement somehow teacher also use their public relations to get their students placed so the package differs but placement happens at high rate ....my plan is to prepare for govt job and get a job at pwd as assistant engineer

Course Curriculum Overview:

Honestly speaking I don't like the curriculum of my college. Everything is same which people studied 20 years ago . Only few things has been changed and I don't understand why we need to study about things which don't have any existence in reality. They should focus on current tech and provide more learning opportunities in AI.

course curriculum is little bit out-dated, and improvements are needed in terms of syllabus. timing of exams are ok ok. so many assignments are given which is really hectic because their are deadlines to upload those assignments in google classroom. and one thing i hate about college is 75% attendence is must. due to this we do not get much time for our personal development.
