Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

Here in this college you have to do many industrial visits from first year itself and many courses which are taken by professor from iit and nits .they also help you to do courses side by side which help later.

Internships Opportunities

4

Here intership offers can be availed from second year itself. which I think is a good point I just like that thing it helps us in building a good resume and get job opportunities later.google Amazon Microsoft tata etc are companies that hire

Placement Experience

4

I am still a first-year student but the placement is good as far as we see reports till now this year 80 % are placed. The remaining are not chosen because of their lower cgpa. as we know we need a minimum cgpa of 8 safer side

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure here is in various ways. They take through kcet exam fees 1lakh Comedk exam fees are 2.63 lakh and the management quota abt 30-40 lakhs. excluding the hostel the placement for it sector is too good for cse ise aiml and ece its minimum package is 11 lpa

Campus Life

4

There are too many clubs to join. we can enjoy ourselves here in clubs and there are cultural events too if we see this college it's a decent college for enjoyment as well as studies. so you can enjoy here and get placement to

Admission

I got in through kcet exam so it was not that hard I was just told to bring a few documents and submit them to the college it took barely an hour it was fast. Reservation for kcet is just good I can say that if you get 1lakh rank and are st. you can get a cs specialization in bmsce top college.

Faculty

4

Facultys have done masters and are well-experienced faculty. students to teacher ratio is also 3:4. interaction with teachers is also a nice way of explaining concepts is also nice and understanding.

Placement Experience:

After completion of the course students are divided to teachers and the food industries are come to college and interview us and the student is eligible they can select. Some standard food related companies are visited nestle, ITC mysore , sulawines and some other companies also. The CGPA of the students is 7.5 or more is good below this also get selected but more than 7.5 is good. My plan is after completion of course then do work and get some experience in the industries and some of the time I am going to select a product and launch it over the world.

They start conducting placements activities from the 2nd year itself like AMCAT preparation, skillrack, etc. So the students become eligible for campus placements from 7th sem itself. Many companies like TCS, Diggibyte, Zoho, etc. and the offers are from 3 lakh to 16 lakh per annum. Percentage of students getting placements are about 90% My plan is to get into the IT sector as i have an interest to explore and enhance my technical skills

Placement Experience:

I applied to colleges like BMSIT and Sir MVIT, and I had confirmed seats there, too. I chose RNSIT because it has a better reputation for placements in my branch and the campus environment felt more welcoming. I didn't get into RVCE because my KCET rank wasn't high enough for their top branches, as the competition was very tough that year. The admission process is simple. They mainly take students through KCET and COMEDK. You need at least 45% in your 12th boards (PCM). Most students prefer KCET because the fees are lower. Once the seat is allotted through counseling, you just visit the campus, submit your documents, and pay the fees. The whole process was quite smooth and well-organized."

From 6th sem students are eligible for placement and for intership even 3rd and 4th sem students are eligible to apply if they are well skilled. Recently JP Morgan visited in our college for summer internship no students got selected due to low skill,l. I our college the highest package was 34LPA in 2023 and average package was 7LPA. Almost 70-75% students got placed in their 8th sem. My plan after getting the degree I want build an startup.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is very unique, and very new, we are not taught irrelevant subjects and topics like every university does, Polaris school of technology (PST) is a new gen college which mainly focuses on tech, producing the best engineers not amongst india but amongst the world, it's aim is to produce engineers who are better than IITians and MITians, all these specifications influenced me to choose this course/curriculum When it comes to real-world applications, Polaris school of technology(PST) gives us real-life problems and scenario based projects through evaluations which help us in the future and helps us to build a proper approach for problems and train us to be the best. We have two main exams per sem which would be conducted every 3 months that is ½th of the sem, we have a total of 8 sems, so total 16 exams, our exams would be difficult for other college students, but not for us as we have the best mentors.
